After speaking the Cherie and dealing with her she has been such a big help! She has more than accommodated us and our needs and I am very thankful she was able to work with us to get us approved for the new apartment. The apartments are newly renovated with more space and more affordable. I’m very happy she called me to sort everything out.

I have been extremely disappointed in my experience living here. The office staff and maintenance team are seemingly unable to do their jobs. I had a broken dishwasher for over 2 months and am still waiting for other kitchen repairs. I was promised a smoke free community when I signed my lease and my apartment is consistently filled with cigarette smoke from a neighbor. Nothing has been done about this. I have completely lost my trust in this company and feel they are just doing bad business. I would not recommend living here, it has been a terrible experience.

I've been here almost a year and I love it. As with any complex things happen, these are older places, remodeled but things break or wear down but once a maintenance order is in the handle in a timely manner. This is not a horrible place to live regardless of the other reviews. Angela goes above and beyond to keep tenants happy.

I have lived here for a year and anything I’ve requested/needed was handled within a 24/48 hour turn around time. I absolutely love the amenities here and the awesome staff is very professional. I would suggest shopping around of course to meet your needs but this place you can definitely call home!!
