All around a nice place to live at a good price. My only complaint is that maintenance and office seem to lack communication at times. Luckily we didn't need maintenance super often. The apartments are gorgeous inside. Completely updated and overall just felt clean. Loved the price of rent compared to a lot of other updated apartments in the area.

My husband and I lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance comes in quickly and gets the request taken care of the first time with good attitude. While the apartment is a little older, there is nothing dirty or run down about it. If it wasn't for a change in employment to move to a different area, I wouldn't leave.

I lived here a year before a fire started next to our apartment and we lost our home. This was very unfortunate and hard to go through however I don't blame the complex at all as they did everything they could to assist the victims of the fire- I only wish I would have had renters insurance. My husband and I would definitely consider moving back to Meridian Oaks. We absolutely loved our apartment, it was a beautiful one on the third floor with vaulted ceilings and a garden tub.

I was only able to live here for a year before I took a job offer up north, but I absolutely loved living here. Just from when you pull in to the complex, you can tell it is a very nice looking place and more up to date than most apartment complexes today. Very spacious apartment size that looked very nice inside as well. The first thing people said when they visited was how nice of a place this was. Maintenance staff was always very quick about fixing any issue I had as well. The Leasing Office managers were very kind and always made sure my roommate and I were taken care of. Overall, I HIGHLY

Have lived here since 2014 and am glad I picked Meridian Oaks. Great apartments and grounds. Management office has the best staff I have every had to deal with. I won't be moving any time soon. If you're looking for an affordable place to rent in Greenwood that is pet friendly with great staff, maintenance services and well kept grounds, this is the place!

I really enjoyed living at Meridian Oaks August 2014-August 2015. The maintenance guys were extremely friendly and quick to help out, the apartment had a fire place, and they boast a saltwater pool. What more could you want? I realize there are cheaper places to live, but you'll be hard-pressed to find better quality apartments with such friendly staff for a lower price in Greenwood. Also, all the neighbors I encountered were extremely friendly. Not sure what the other guy was talking about in the previous review, but I never had a problem with the doors or windows, or loud neighbors for that matter
