GREAT LOCATION!
I have lived at Brittwood apartments for almost 4 years. The office staff and maintenance crew have always been friendly, courteous, and respectful.
The office accepts packages and when my insulin was delivered to them, they saw that it needed to be refrigerated. They called me at work to ask if I wanted them to put it in my refrigerator. It was so caring and thoughtful!
Maintenance is amazing! I put in a work order, and they come fix it very quickly, sometimes the same day. When I needed my pilot light lit on a Saturday night, they showed up within the hour.

Brittwood is a very nice and calm complex. Very safe for family. You're right in the center of everything so it's the perfect area. Maintenance is always there in a timely manner, they deliver your packages to your door personally and Ms. Sandy (and her team) is the sweetest property management I've ever dealt with. By far the best complex I've ever lived in!

Everything was fine until I gave my 60 days notice. After that it was all attitude. I was moving to another city, and they refuse to work with me as far as transferring my electric they demanded I keep my electric in two places my new apartment and the one I had there even though my lease was ending in a week. Also they said I had to get my apartment professionally cleaned at a tune of 85.00 for the carpet, and 125 for the cleaning. When I told them I was not going to have two electric Bill's they demanded I turn the keys in or they would charge me for th he electric in the apartment. I had to

I have lived here over a year and didn’t have any problems at all, as a matter of fact I’m in the process of transferring to a larger apartment.
I love the location, close to shopping, restaurant, and even my work.
The staff is great, I single out Breanna Richardson, as she has been my point of contact throughout. She is professional, with a great rapport. She really made feel comfortable and important, wonderful customer service.
I’d recommend Brittwood to anyone!

I have lived in Brittwood apartments for about 4 months now. I originally decided this place over others because their prices for a 2 bed 1.5 bath was a lot more decent than the competitors. I have not had any issues yet. Any issues or work orders that are placed have been completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brittwood! I will be renewing my lease soon.

My family & I have been living here for 5 years. We have had such a positive experience with every member of staff & maintenance guy we’ve interacted with from the time we got our tour of the property to now! We have a now 8 year old daughter who absolutely adores the girls in the office! They have always treated her with so much love & kindness that she looks forward to seeing them everyday after school on our way home.
