We stayed here for our honeymoon. I can honestly say we are beyond happy with our stay here. The service from the staff, the cleanliness, the relaxation aspect and everything in between was absolutely amazing! If you need a nice relaxing stay and to be in the center of door county I would recommend this place for your stay!

Beautiful room, very clean, and it was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. They have a cute sitting area with a fire pit that was very relaxing. I only gave it 4 stars because they only had a prepackaged sweet breads for breakfast and they were dry and horrible tasting.. Other than that the place is amazing.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary in 2016 and 2021. We liked it both times. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The indoor pool area was nice. Our room had a refrigerator and a microwave that was good for a three night stay. There's no restaurant in the hotel, so do a search online before you come to plan your meals.
Some of the restaurants in Door County were closed and others had a two hour wait for a table. (Looking at you Al Johnson's).... Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back in 2026!

Stayed here in June 2021. The staff were friendly, the facilities clean and the room really large. All for a great price. To top it off, after I left I realized I had forgotten some clothing items in one of the drawers. The staff were nice enough to have set it aside, and then box it up and mail it to me! They really went above and beyond and I appreciate it.

The hotel and our room were spotless. Everything smelled fresh. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It really helped that the weather was nice. We were able to enjoy an evening on the patio along with other guests. Our first time staying here and it was terrific.

Stayed here this past weekend and never wanted to leave! super friendly staff, EXTREMELY clean, rooms were well kept and stocked with everything needed. property clean and inviting and cozy with the outdoor deck and the indoor pool! oh. I could go on forever but this place will always be on my top Door County vacation spots. 5stars all the way from me!!

My husband and I just spent three nights here. We found the room to be clean and comfortable. We liked the little outdoor sitting area attached to our room. The grounds and pool were nice too. A special shout out to Kay at the front desk, who brought a cribbage board from home for us to use when she heard we forgot ours. Way above and beyond! All staff members were very nice. The hotel is in a great location. We loved being able to walk around town and get to shops and restaurants and not have to worry about parking. Great spot!

First time staying here. The check in experience is pleasant. The person at the front desk was friendly. We received our keys and headed to the room. Upon entering the smell of perfume or something strong like that was overwhelming. The room was very clean but I wouldn't say it was modern, just very plain and traditional. It was very spacious and nice amenities. The bed was comfortable. My husband swam in the pool and it was a very nice space and the outside patio was nice as well. If you are looking for a spacious suite, this one has a good location and lots of space.

My Sweetheart and I came up to celebrate her birthday, of the many places I have stayed in Door County, this is definitely in the top three. I feel my opinion is very strong as I travel every week on business and have stayed in numerous fine hotels. The staff is very polite and accommodating, the suite was fabulous, the adult only policy is very nice, and the price was good. Great place, great service, and will be back again.

This is one of our favorites places to stay in Door County. We come because it is a child free Inn and we like the location. This is our third visit and we stay in the same room each time. They have made some updates to the property in the past few years which is nice. It serves us well, it's comfortable and we enjoy the quiet.
I do wish the cancellation policy was more flexible. We will definitely return!

Me and my husband stayed at Ashbrooke August 26th to August 29th. We loved every moment we reserved a King Suite on the second floor. We read alot of reviews complaining about the stairs but it didnt bother us at all we are both in our 20's and there is a total of about 12 steps give or take a few. The pool and sauna area were extremely clean. The hotel is so quiet WE LOVED IT ALL. We plan on coming back next summer I can not begin to explain how lovely this place is. The rooms are huge bed is sooooo comfy everything is very clean. Id give the ASHBROOKE 100 STARS IF I COULD :)

We stayed in the "French Country Suite" at The Ashbrooke for a long weekend in mid-August. The suite was on the second floor, with a spectacular view of the parking lot (as parking lots go, it's very nice). There's lot of space, which is nice, and the bed is comfortable. Large flat-screen tv over the gas fireplace. The room was clean, with decor reminding me of a Wingate Inn circa 1999... lots of blonde wood. I'm not big on decor, though,so it's not going to make or break a stay for me. Besides, finding truly modern decor in Door County like what you would find at
