THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! THE QUALITY IS GHETTO UNLESS YOU DO YOUR OWN RENOVATION!!!!! FOR THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENTS ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! ALSO KARLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS HORRIBLE!!!!! AND GREEDY AND COULD LESS ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL AS LONG AS SHES MAKING COMMISSION, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!

Lived here for a while and lived the property. Staff were always excellent, room was cozy, and the on-site gym was big enough for a light workout at the end of the day. Location was convenient for work at the time and grocery stores were just a short 2 minute drive. Would have stayed here longer but work did not permit. Would definitely recommend this property.

My family has lived here at Latitude for 8 months now, and we have had a really great experience so far! Geena helped with my move in process from the beginning, and she was so friendly, smiley, and welcoming. Any time I have a question or need help with something she is so prompt to respond. Scott, who does maintenance for Latitude, is wonderful as well! He is always working so hard to make sure things are taken care of for residents and the property itself. He always says hi and is just really nice to be around. Of course with apartments comes some noise and cars coming and going with loud music
