This review is more for Jaclyn than for the complex. She was amazing, she was very communicative and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my application. She was professional, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate all of her hard work, and i'm very excited to live in my new apartment! Thanks again Jaclyn!

Both of the ladies in the office Ms.Jacqueline & Ms.Kim went above and beyond for me with getting my unit the apartment complex/unit is very clean EVERYTHING in my unit is NEW YOU HEAR me lol I even received a gift 💝 just moved in and won a gift parking is convenient and the apartment complex is gated and yes the gates does work I’m loving it back here I wish I could give more then 5 stars very thankful words can’t explain ((very peaceful)))!!!!!!….

The ladies at the office were very helpful and nice! Especially Jacqueline, she helped us from beginning to end. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made the process go smoothly and with ease. Would give 10 star if I could because they were very kind informative and helpful in the office.

I have been living here for the last few months & this apartment complex has turned around so much.
If you come on the campus of the Hunter Place you will see kids playing outside in a safe environment. The managers Kim & Jaclyn are extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are safe & comfortable.
I truly say that the Hunter Place has become the top notch apartment complex in Central Fresno. If you are privledged to live here, you will know what I’m talking about.
They are constantly making powerful improvements that will be beneficial to our living

I was really stressed out and hopeless about finding an apt, but Jaclyn made this process so quick and easy. She was able to get me a unit within 24 hours! She was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable very quick, which meant everything to me being that im a huge introvert. Thank you Jaclyn for being so helpful and taking care of me!! Great place quiet majority of the time most people keep to themselves the grounds are maintained nicely overall pleasant experience living in an apartment complex. The maintenance is always in a timely manner and even when I've had to call after business hours the response team is very timely also my water heater went out and they replaced it no problem no questions asked they didn't try to just fix it they replaced it A+ in my book

For the amount of crime in the area, not to mention all the crime inside the complex, it is def. Not worth the amount they charge. Just had to renew my lease after a year and they raised my rent by $40. Why would it raise when we constantly have to worry about our safety. Last week was a felony warrant arrest where Fresno PD had the apartment surrounded with K-9 units and rifles out...tonight there was a homicide and have the complex is taped off. I'm always on time with rent if not early and yet they still dont take care of their tenants. Def. Do not suggest renting here unless it's

I moved a lot because of my job and I have lived in many apartments in many places during the last 25 years, and I can tell that this apartment was the worst in my entire life. I lived here 4 years ago just for over 6 months. Manager was terrible ( I don't know if she's still working there). Most of equipments in common space such as laundry, washing machine, some equipments in so-called "gym" didn't work very well. So frustrated when I found my laundry wasn't done right. I have lived here over a year . Until two weeks ago the place was a slum Sabrina Padama was the manger, she lacks communication skills and is very rude . I had roaches for three months my windows were off the frames and I lived on extension cords for one week due to her lack of professionalism .. She was rude and seemed to have an alpha personality .

If I could give no stars that would be more realistic and true. These apartments are awful. I lived here for 2 years and watched multiple people go through the office as managers causing tons of miscommunication, the cops were ALWAYS there, the people who lived across from me said the neighbors behind them were shooting off guns in the house, tweakers and rude little kids running rampant, and constant drug activity on and around the area. When I left, I cleaned the whole place spotless yet they still tried to charge me almost $2,000 for unnecessary "fixes." These apartments are super
