First time customer. After seeing their reviews. I called up Hanagans to get a tire quote. The specific tires I wanted were scarce in in supply nationally, but they got them in within 48 hours, had me out the door in 35 mins, and with detailed communication throughout - all at a fair price. I wish I knew about them sooner! To boot, everyone from the techs, service advisor, and owner were incredibly friendly - a rarity these days. Highly recommended!

Kevin at Hanagan's went above and beyond to help me out of a very tight spot. It was a super busy time, just a few days prior to the 4th of July (2021) holiday when everyone is trying to get auto repairs completed and he was very busy. The night before I was set to leave on a vacation/roadtrip, I noticed a nail in my tire near the sidewall & tread. I pulled the nail and the tire proceeded to go flat. I frantically started calling places in the morning, looking to find the exact tire that I needed. I was able to locate the tire at a warehouse/distribution center and they referred me to Hanagan's

Tim was very helpful with helping me choose the right tire so I could get the best bang for my buck and it's within walking distance if I ever need to drop our cars off so that's a plus! Overall, solid crew and I think I can say my wife and I will be sending our vehicles there for service if need be. We all now honest and solid mechanics are hard to come by so very much appreciated Hanagan's.

I recently had my tires dis mounted and re mounted by Hanagans, this to allow my wheels to be re powder coated. Service and courtesy were above and beyond. These guys are the real deal. I moved to Gaithersburg 5 years ago and had no idea where to take my car. After an unpleasant experience at the dealership I came to Hanagan's and was treated like a human being and got an honest opinion about what repairs my car needed for the MD inspection. If you are like me an emergency as my tire failure in traffic then this is the place to get to for quality service and product
I had two side wall damages from vandalism at work that went left me stranded

Great service. Small business who care, guys are friendly and up front.
I needed to get new tires installed on a commercial mower and they did it on the spot for reasonable pricing..
A week later I got a nail on a tire and needed help, the rip on the tire was bad. They tried to fix it and no charge amd explained and showed me how ot couldn't be fixed and sold me a new tire.

These guys are the best. From the moment you enter the front office they make you feel welcome. They went over all my options and once we picked out what I needed it was only 20 minutes and I was on my way. They don't make you feel like they are up selling you constantly like the other shops I've been to. They are a full service shop and do everything you need from oil changes to brakes and tires.

Just got tires put on today. They were awesome when I scheduled my appointment on the phone and they were awesome when I was there today waiting.....BTW, only waited like 10 min. Great customer service, great employees, great prices. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Tires are something I know very little about, but in the past I have tried a few places. So I asked around and Hanagan's kept coming up, including from my mechanic. So I left a message via online on Tuesday night and Kevin called me early Wednesday. I explained the exact tire I wanted and size. Kevin was very knowledgeable and explained throughly my options besides the tires I had asked for. ** the tires I asked for had come with the car and were no longer produced, however he could get them for me. As far as tires go they were mid range and all of the reviews agreed**

If you need another reason to support a local or small business owner, this place would be it.
I got a puncture in my tire on my way to work and fortunately, was right in the area of this shop. The shop was able to take me right in and got the job done in under 15 minutes.
I didn't get his name but assume he was the owner and I can say he is just absolutely warm and friendly. There was also none of "may I suggest you get new tires, alignment, inspection, etc" that one would expect at a chain.
I don't need new tires just yet but will be back here when that time comes.

I usually go to Costco to get my tires replaced but I got tired of the 2 to 3 hour waits to get the tires installed and waiting an hour sometimes to get them rotated. I went on yelp and found this family owned business and glad I did. I made an appointment for 10am and got my new Continental True Contact tires replaced on my Honda CRV in about 40 minutes. The customer service from getting a quote for these tires to getting them installed and having them answer any questions I had was awesome. I will be coming here in the future for all of my tire needs.

Can I give more than 5 stars? For starters, they saw me 2 hours after I called. My wife decided to take a road trip last second and I had been procrastinating on getting new tires. Definitely not letting her drive 14 hours on tires that shake at 55mph.
So they've already gone above what I expected by taking me on short notice, but then they get even better. They offered me some coffee which I gladly excepted, and then proceed to show me exactly why the tires wore so unevenly. I spent the rest of the time there chatting them up and watching them work; great conversation btw!
