I am blown away by their top notch service here and how many bays they have! They are honest, professional and attentive to their customers! The waiting room is clean and they have a refrigerator filled with beverages! Although my car did not get serviced here, I certainly recommend this shop to anyone reading this!

Took my car to the dealership because my check engine light came on. Received a preliminary estimate to fix likely problem and some other issues. A week later, the dealership was finally ready to work on the car but the repairs would now be 3 times more expensive than the original estimate and way higher than any online estimates. I called Airpark and spoke with Isaac who easily explained the repairs needed and likely cost. Got my car back from the dealership and took it to Airpark. They found a few additional things that needed fixing, texted clear estimates for me to approve, honored the estimates

This is the 2nd time using the wonderful folks at Airpark Auto Pros. I had a power steering assist service now message on in my vehicle. I was able to go online and book an appointment which allowed me to choose 2 different days I was open to having my vehicle seen.
The day my vehicle was seen, a tech sent me a message advising me that my issue with my vehicle, actually was related to a recall. They advised me to check with a dealership for my vehicle's maker as the dealer would need to fix the recall issue. They also provided me with the information regarding the recall.

We own a small electrical company and finding a good and trustworthy mechanic has been hard. We were referred to Airpark Auto by a friend from church and have been extremely impressed. They are not the cheapest but man are they good and transparent. I love how they give you a report with pictures and explain everything to you. If you want an honest and great mechanic. My family recommended Airpark Auto Pros, they take both of their older cars here for maintenance and service. I was impressed from the beginning - they are so professional and customer focused - the lobby is a great place to wait if needed. Have gone back multiple times now, these guys are NOT expensive in my opinion and they're extremely giving. My last trip in was for body damage; they checked it, ran tests, found nothing, and charged me $0. I dont believe in working for free so I paid them a small tip for their troubles but these guys are my go-to!

I used to get my Hummer H1 serviced by a great mechanic that unfortunately has retired. Taking my vehicle to a GM dealer is beyond a hassle. Requesting an appointment online was easy and received a response almost immediately to confirm. Discussed the work needed, received a timely estimate and the work was completed a day early. I found my new Hummer guy. I'm also going to bring in my Chevy Trail Boss when I need service also.

I am not one to leave reviews unless I received above and beyond service or I am very disappointed in the service received. I had a great experience with Airpark Auto Pros. The professionalism and excellent customer service from the service advisor Nelson Borda were outstanding. I am so happy to have received such service because I can recommend them to others as well as use them as my mechanics. The assigned mechanic - R. Delarosa did an excellent job of replacing my rotors and brakes. How I found them was their 5-star reviews in Groupon. So I purchased a $299 Groupon Voucher to have rear rotors
