30 Minute "One on One" Personal Training is intended for clients that want a safe and effective workout in a shorter period of time. The workouts are designed based on a client's goals and change periodically. The sessions can work well for those that have busy schedules. 60 Minute "One on One" Personal Training is intended for clients that want a safe and effective workout in a longer period of time.
Nutrition Coaching is offered at the Wyckoff facility for people in the local area or by phone or Skype for clients at a distance. Many people follow the latest diets because they see other people losing weight on them. The diets are generally very restrictive and while you may lose weight using willpower to avoid certain foods, you eventually cave in, go off the diet and gain the weight back.
In late March of 2015 I found myself weighing in at 297 pounds, with little energy, no cardiovascular stamina, sore joints and generally feeling lousy about myself. I decided to seek out a personal trainer, something I had never believed in, to see if that route could help me get back into shape. Charlie is exceptional at designing a program for the individual, tailored toward my needs and progressing at a pace that is safe for me but effective.
