Personal Training and Fitness, Health Coaching Programs in Ridgewood NJ. In-Home Personal Training, Virtual and Private Studio Personal Training in Bergen and Passaic County, New Jersey. We are offering Outdoor, In Home and Virtual Personal Training, Health Coaching and Distance Reiki to keep everyone on track, healthy and fit!
In-Home Personal Training: Sessions start at $95.00 per session for the Ridgewood NJ area and are priced according to location outside of the area. The fitness equipment can be very basic or have all the bells and whistles, a good workout does not require machines and heavy weights! Fitness bands, light weights, a core ball, your attendence, motivation and personal fitness goals are all that is required.
Following my Fitness Tips is a good way to add to your daily health and wellness routine. Just a few changes every week can make a huge difference in your overall fitness program and results. It is very important to weight train!
It is fine to do the "latest" trend workouts as long as they are joint friendly and form guided by the instructor, but it is also important to train with weights for bone density, weight training promotes fat free body mass, making it even more important to add to your routine because muscle mass decreases with age, Weight training also increases the strength of connective tissue, tendons and muscle as well as improving your overall quality of life!

I am instructed by Gina for a few years now and just love her professionalism, dedication, approach, and energy! She adjust the sessions to fit any general or specific issues you might have. She has a great background that helps her address your limitations, weeknesses, and strength from different aspects which always helps me feel stronger, physically and mentally.
I would recommend anyone to have Gina has your physical trainer and instructor, as long as she will also still have time to train me :)

I started working with Gina while I was pregnant with my first child and have continued with her through my second pregnancy and beyond. She took great care to make sure that all exercises were appropriate for my body while I was carrying my children and while my body was recovering from giving birth. I alway felt very safe and secure in her knowledge and never felt pressured to do too much too fast. Now that I am no longer having children, she pushes me to make sure that I maintain my weight and muscle tone. I have enjoyed working with her through the many different, physical stages of my adult
