Staff is super friendly and helpful!!!! Grounds are beautifully keep up. Swimming pool has on duty life guard. Such a warm and welcoming environment. So sad they didn't have any apartments available at for my move in date. If you are looking for a home this quiet multi family community is amazing. I suggest you plan ahead and get on there list.

I have lived here for 2 years and loved every minute of it. When i moved to Louisville i lived here 23 years ago and when i needed a new place to live i came back here. It’s clean, safe and the staff is wonderful. If something breaks, they fix it immediately and In the past year every apartment has been renovated. it’s a great place to come home to.

After renting a one bedroom for the past year, I have nothing but great things to say about the team and complex at Charlestown of Douglass Hills! The property is very affordable for the area and the office staff are always welcoming and accommodating. I only had to reach out maintenance one time and they responded within the hour! Plus, the complex is located in the heart of Douglass Hills park which was great for walking my dog and running! Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend just moved here several months ago. I spent the night with him and woke up and found a dead mouse in the middle of his living room floor. He bragged about the location and the newly renovated unit but like I told him it is not worth the trouble. I pointed out mice droppings near the window in the living room and told him I heard scratching in the vents that night. Nice location and convenient shopping almost considered moving in with him but can’t deal with mice.

We have lived in a three bedroom townhouse here for a year with four children and have been very happy. The girls in the office are always kind and do anything they can to help. They frequently have events that are family friendly. The whole community is pet friendly. The maintenance guys are all very nice and professional and quick to respond to work orders. All the staff have been great with our kids as well. They are renovating many units and they keep the outdoor areas manicured and nice as well. The pool is great and never crowded. Great location and schools and nice park within walking distance
