We specialize in Contemporary Pilates based off the original work of Joseph Pilates, with a modernized style to fit the general population and all fitness backgrounds. The exercises remain the same but we like to think outside the box! This style has more sequencing options, a variety of props, and a wide range of workouts so you never plateau!

Services
Pilates is a physical fitness known as "Contrology" developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. The benefits of Pilates range from increased flexibility, muscle strength, endurance, developing a strong core, improving coordination and balance. It emphasizes spinal & pelvic alignment and improves posture!
This is your well rounded class. All levels are welcome. The basic Reformer class can be modified and changed so that our beginner level clients feel comfortable and our intermediate clients still feel challenged. Our goal with this class is to prepare our beginner clients by teaching proper form and how to execute the movements properly on the machine so that they are ready to advance to the next level.
Bounce is a 45 minute high intensity cardio workout that focuses on core stabilization and fun interval training on mini trampolines. This is a full body workout that never has a dull moment and burns calories like crazy. Get ready to sweat and bounce to upbeat music! Barre Bounce is a 45 minute high intensity, low impact full body cardio workout on a Jumpsport mini trampoline.
Flat rate monthly memberships give access to 2 classes per day, Monday-Thursday, and 1 class per day, Friday-Saturday. Can be paid in full or in monthly installments. Add unlimited Bounce classes to your monthly Reformer Pilates membership for only $40 per month! The Bounce only membership entitles you to unlimited Bounce classes for only $75 per month!

Love this pilates studio! The owners are two local business women with young families. You can tell they poor their heart and soul into every element from studio equipment, decor, music, their energy, studio swag, and each workout! It’s a true community being a part of the mission pilates family. They offer multiple different types of classes and trainers allowing you to find the best routine for you! Definitely recommend stopping in when you’re in town visiting or if you’re a local like me!

this studio is beautiful, the classes are designed well, and the owners are
