Rick and Christian were not only courteous and informative but rapid in their workmanship (not to be confused with frivolous or arbitrary but just very matter of fact). Same can be said for the explanation of details. Not given in Olde English contractual language but plain layman's terms. Would recommend them several times over!

Christian and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend using them for your home inspection for both new builds and existing! We had him inspect our new build prior to our 1 year walkthrough. The Flinn group was also hired by the individual who bought our last house a year ago. The findings on the old house too were thorough (even though I only got the inspection report from our buyer!)

I am currently in the process of building a home, needless to say it has been an exciting but stressful time not knowing what to look for and having to trust the builder completely. Upon the advice of my father to hire my own inspector, I enlisted the servics of Flinn inspection. This is a real review from a real person...In the process of doing research I came across Flinn Inspection Group. From the initial phone call to receiving my full report I couldn't be more satisfied! Christian always has a great attitude and you can tell that he loves his job and the people that he works with and works for (customers). I worked with him twice, and both times he showed up early, did a thorough job walking the property, and gave me very helpful information. He provided timely reports that are thorough and professionally done, and his price is very reasonable. If I need an inspection in Columbus, he’s my go-to man!

I cannot thank Christian and April enough. I had a unique situation where only needed a few walls inspected for a BIA Meeting with our custom builder. April took the time to ask what I needed and she called and spoke multiple times with Christian regarding our needs. He was at our house within 24 hours and we had a report less than 24 hours later to submit to the BIA for our bowed walls and poor workmanship that was done by our custom builder. Thank you. They we kind, courteous, thorough and genuine. The first people in the past 14 months in the construction process that I can give rave reviews

These guys are awesome. The inspection for our new house was very professional. They showed up on time, were very efficient, answered many questions we had and literally turned around the report to us the same day. Also the report we received was very detailed. Their process is efficient from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this company!
