My car is still overheating despite the promises of a "permanent fix" by Mike the own! He replaced a brand new Thermostat with another one just to charge me $400 dollars! It was a complete waste of time.
The icing on the cake was his threats to charge me for parking when I had to pick up the car on Monday instead of a Friday where I could not find a ride! I had offered to pick up the car on Saturday but they were closed. So, on Monday he texted me that he would charge me $75 dollars if I did NOT pick up the car.
I would not recommend this shop for ANY repairs.

Mike and Chris were honest and straightforward with what was wrong with my car. They were detailed and provided me several quotes to ensure I was getting the necessary services. They worked with me in a tough time and kept me in the loop with it all. Both great guys who stand by their warranty!

This is the most incompetent, and dishonest, repair shop in Santa Clara County, anything owned by Patrick Gardner you need to keep away from. They installed the wrong spark plugs in my truck, did not rebuild my transmission properly, then refused to repair or return my money, despite 2 months of attempting to get them to do so. I had to have another shop repair their poor work, sue them, and go through their stupid appeal. I won both the court case ,and their stupid appeal, now they just say they are not going to pay me, what are you going to do about it? More legal processes is my answer. They

Had a great experience with these guys! My clutch went out on my 2000 VW Jetta unexpectedly and I had to get it tended to, which means that I was not ready to take the time off of work. I happened upon this place since it was in close proximity to my home and Bobby was more than accommodating. Every interaction was friendly, professional and informative. He actually let me use his car just so I could to get to work! Needless to say, I was very grateful. I received calls several times before they needed to proceed with anything not previously agreed upon, and was presented various options on products
