Enders the owner and his brother is very friendly and honest. I wanted to have my Porsche Cayman shifter cables checked out after noticing some 1st gear irregularity. Every shop was at least 2 weeks out but Enders was able to take a look the next day. He discounted the inspection since he did not find anything wrong with it. Called in the morning to request the transmission oil and brake fluid changed and he was able to do that as well on short notice. The transmission oil change was much overdue and the car shifts and feels much better now. He also noted noise caused by a worn out suspension bit

Professionalism is not about doing everything perfectly, it's also about how you resolve something when there is an issue. That's why I am bumping this to a 5-star rating.
There was an issue with some work that I had had done Norcal Eurotech. I was on the road and had to take the car to another shop to get it resolved. When I told Ender what was happened, he was apologetic and asked me to bring in the car for some additional work that was needed and made it right. I will be going back for sure. Ender is a thorough gentleman and professional.

Took my 2017 Audi Q5 in for 36k maintenance and brake check since warranty expired 6 months ago. Vehicle had less than 40k miles. Brakes were still ok but an antifreeze leak, rear strut leaking, ft idler arms and bushings needed amongst other items. Failed water pump, cross over pipe that turned out to be plastic and hoses literally glued on from the factory. Folks, Ender had ALL the old inferior parts, I have an automotive background
and this was expen$ive. Part my bad for not getting checked out before warranty expired but my lessons learned, Ender kept me informed along the way, was courteous

I've known Ender Negiz, owner of Norcal Eurotech, for more than twenty years, and he has serviced at least four cars I've owned during this time. He is an exemplary human being and his craftmanship is 110 percent. He dots every "I" and crosses every "T". I had them do a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche Cayenne because my regular mechanic doesn't do them (burned too many times by customers complaining about subsequent repairs -- if you want information on future breakdowns call the Psychic Friends Hotline not your mechanic!). They did an excellent job at a good price and were very professional about everything. Note that the two reviewers giving less than 5 star reviews here did not have valid complaints.

I have a 2013 Porsche Cayenne and I got tired of paying $500 for an oil change at Porsche, so decided to try out Norcal Eurotech. I have not been disappointed. Ender is now doing all the work on my Porsche. He is fast (normally same day service), thorough, and reliable. Plus he's about half the price of Porsche. I could not be happier with his work.

I've been coming here for 15 years, both when Matthew owned the shop and now under Ender. The place is very clean and they've always done a great job. I took my wife's car in for a problem that was essentially unrepairable. I don't know that this is their standard process, but once it was determined that it wasn't fixable, they didn't charge me. They'd spent a ton of time on it too. He's been very honest every time we've gone there.

Ender is thorough and prompt every time I need my car worked on. I commute and need a reliable vehicle. Each time I bring my vehicle in for diagnostics I am provided a quote and time frame for the completion. He does a quality job and I know that I am safe on the road when I leave. My car is a European vehicle but I must tell you that my family also brings vehicles here. I recommend his auto repair to everyone I know. If I could give Ender more stars I would!!!

Great and professional service. Brought in our Q5 Audi for its 55k service. And some funky a\c smell. I appreciated that they totally took care of all of it and gave me a detailed list and estimate for the next upcoming repair.
And bonus they did a really nice car wash!!

A month ago , i had a diagnostic, and a battery replaced. The agreement was that Ender would do all repairs necessary.
Too my surprise it cost me nearly $900.00. A couple a days ago my "check engine light", went on. I called Ender, thinking he would take a look at ny car. To my surprise again, he was going to charge me 150.00 for another diagnostic test
I took my car to another auto mechanic. The auto mechanic asked me when was the last time you had your spark plugs replaced. I informed him, i had a service, a month ago.
THe auto mechanic stated your PLUGS WERE NEVER REPLACED

I just started taking my car to Ender about a year ago. I have been super pleased with his work. He knows what he is doing and doesn't guess what's wrong the first couple times like some of the mechanics I have used in the past. He does great work in a timely manner, plus keeps me updated of what is going on. His prices are very good also. I highly recommend him as a mechanic and will continue to take both of my cars to him. AAA SERVICE!!
