If you cannot get to the shop after we open, you can make arrangements to leave your car in our parking lot, drop the keys in the mail slot and then we will take it from there. I used them to do a wheel alignment on my old pathfinder. great job and the final cost came out cheaper than the estimate. the job was completed in just a few hours.
i then used them to check out my battery, charging system and starter on my Mazda. they had a thorough analysis done within 90 minutes at a very reasonable price.
i WILL use them again.

Really great experience here. Debbie was accommodating, and courteous. Brought in my 1972 Dodge first thing in the morning and was done by 10am. It's great to have a local shop willing and able to align our old muscle cars and hot rods. Don't hesitate to bring your car here if it needs alignment work.

OK, i do most of my own car repair work, however I don't own a 75k alignment machine, but pro alignment and brake does. Have used them twice now. What I like, i am not a number but a person at this small and very professional shop. Called, they had openings, brought the car in and it was done. Will i use them again or the 89.99 tire place that kept upselling repairs. One answer, Pro Alignment and Brake. Good service.

When my car had vibrations, I suspected an alignment issue (hopefully - and not the mounts) and took it to PRO Alignment based on my review research. I called ahead and was able to get an appointment on the same day. Once I got there, Debbie was very courteous and explained the process to me in a transparent manner. She noted that once they do their alignment (if there were issues) there could still be vibrations because of the tyres degrading unevenly - which I understood.
The process took about an hour and a half and since I didn't have a ride

I never write reviews but the service here was incredibly amazing. My brakes had been squeaking for years and more than 10 shops told me they were fine and would never fix them. I took my car here and within 2 hours it was fixed! They even explained with me with pictures what they had done and they were super friendly. I plan to take my car here for any future service.

Took my car to dealer to address knocking sound when turning, dealer suggested replacing the whole steering wheel etc., took to pro alignment and he quickly figured the problem- A broken part is replaced and the noise is gone. Also replaced font wheel bearings for 1/3rd cost quoted from dealer. Overall, reliable service.

I called Pro Alignment to schedule a wheel alignment for my Cadillac SRX sport utility as I was replacing the steering rack and front control arms at home. Debbie was very friendly and courteous and scheduled me the next day. When I brought the vehicle in, they started working on it promptly and Rick did a terrific job aligning my Cadillac. The vehicle handles well, tracks perfectly straight, and the steering wheel is centered. I'm very particular about who works on my vehicles and how well the work is done, since I do most of the repair and maintenance work myself. I'm very happy

As a returning customer, I highly recommend Debbie and Rick for their fantastic work. My 2005 Dodge Caravan with 130K miles was quickly brought back online after replacement of a fuel pump switch, and a reinstallation of a radiator fan switch that I'd hastily installed on my own. All of this for a very fair price, which in this market is extremely unusual. Pro Alignment & Brake remains my to-go shop after many years; the last of the master mechanics in this area. Thank you !

Just had alignment done, Debbie was extremely polite and professional! She also went into explaining in depth about my alignment and mentioned what they might think could be an issue because the car was lowered conservatively! They were also very honest about their pricing, as I was charged less than what was quoted because of work required was less than estimated. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who has any alignment needs!

Called and scheduled an alignment after having new tires installed on my lifted 4Runner. Tires got done earlier than expected and I showed up earlier with no issues. Debbie was very nice and friendly. Got a call 1.5 hours later saying my truck was ready for pick up. It was all lined up nicely! No issues. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great, honest work!

Forget the rude, big box brake shops (you know the ones). Visit locally owned (woman-family owned) for genuine quality customer service. What I liked about this shop was their sense of integrity.
Debbie carefully checked all the pricing while I was standing at her counter. No BS. Along with a very close price estimate she quoted a time she would call me for readiness. True to her word she called me right on time to let me know that my vehicle would be ready.
Working with this shop, I found their pricing to be the same as the big box guy without the hassle

Took in my Corolla for an alignment after recently fitting it up with four new tires. Google and Yelp reviews checked out, the website was complete and informative. Called and scheduled an appointment with the friendly woman at the front desk. Experienced friendly, courteous, and satisfactory service during my visit. I'll be bringing my vehicles back for more service in the future.

I asked to have my car looked at for an alignment and they said they can't do an alignment because it needs a ball joint and bushing replaced. They looked at it for 10 minutes and forced me to pay 65 dollars. They were lazy to work on it because it was lunch time. Sneaky fine print they dont tell you about for rolling your car up for 10 minutes. Dont trust them

Debbie is the lady who answered the phone when I had called and she made me an appointment right away and was very friendly.
Before calling Pro Alignment & Brakes, I called pep boys and they were very rude and told me they don't take appointments but I could walk in but it could take up to 9 hours or even the next day, pass.
I also called wheel works and American tires and they either didn't offer the service or wanted to charge me over $200! Pass.

Got my alignment done last week and spoke to Deb over the phone to make a appointment the same day! Very helpful and professional when speaking to her on the phone and in person.
Rick is a true, honest, and humble tech. He drove my car around the block because he wasn't satisfied with his work the 1st time. He knows exactly what he is doing, and I would recommend this shop to anyone! Quality of work here is amazing! Keep up the good work.

Come early or call in to make an appointment. I recommend this place if you want a good reliable alignment.
I've been here a few times with my 98 mitsubishi. Mainly because they're near my house.
It's a family business and very professional. They are very down to earth honest and will help you for a fair price. The mechanic gave me a huge discount and I didn't even have to ask for it.

After getting a new set of tires, I knew I had to protect my investment by getting my alignment done. I will typically get it done by a place like Wheel Works, but this time I wanted to find a good local specialty mom n pop shop. Based on stellar reviews PA&B stood out.
From the second I had a conversation with Deb on the phone, I knew I would be in good hands. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I told her that my alignment could be the cause of my right front tire wearing on the inner and outer edges. She told me to bring it in and that they would take good care of me
