So, you work for a living. You drive a big panel van or pickup truck with ladders, racks and all sorts of equipment that make it impossible to get your truck washed in a conventional car wash. Automated car washes just cannot handle a vehicle of your size. Dual wheel vehicles cannot be washed. Insurance and safety regulations prohibit vehicles with over-sized loads or loose cargo from being washed.

I went there not even 2 miles after a semi hit a deer next to me and it flew at me. I don’t have any real damage to my car but there was blood on it. I selected the gold package because I also wanted my interior vacuumed. Not only did they not get the fresh blood off of my car they also did a very poor job vacuuming. When I got into my car they left trash on my seats instead of just throwing it out, changed my radio station, and had my foot SLIP off of the break pedal because they used the rag they used to wax my car to wipe my pedals!!? I could’ve crashed because of them! Subpar and dangerous

I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to getting my car washed, where I've driven 30 mins. away from home just to goto a place I like. I decided this morning to give Platinum a try, & from start to finish they did an AMAZING job. For a COMPLETE FULL SERVICE WASH I paid $40, yes it seems quite high for a car wash, BUT they start with the basic vacuum, & then through the car wash itself, all the machines, brushes etc.etc... where your car then gets pulled around into a completely different area where for a good 20 mins your car is fully detailed inside & it came out IMMACULATE! Have been going here for years and the car wash has gone down hill in what you get for your money. It seems the owner is focused more on the detailing part of the business not the wash part. 25$ for a car wash where they use the same brush they clean your wheels with seems a bit absurd and as for the wash part, they used to wet the car when they vacuumed it and sent it through the tunnel where they had two people cleaning it after the soap is applied. Now they just wet it, do a half as* job and send it through then the soap is applied and just runs off. Won’t be coming back here for that price

Been there several times over the years with different vehicles. The wash is great but the finishers at the end do not dry the top of your vehicle most times windows are always streaky and the tire dressing is gone by the time I have gotten to my next destination. My advice is hire taller workers so they can actually perform the work necessary instead of using their height as an excuse why they didn't completely dry my vehicle off..

What I like about this place is mostly the stuff they're very friendly and the ladies they really work very hard very impressive. I have the monthly wash package and you can wash your car as many times you want. I don't have any complaints as of today. I would recommend it and it's good to support our neighborhood businesses

Critical: Quality, Value
This car wash was once a good place to go to but not anymore. It is way overpriced and the wash is poor. Lots of spots missed, soap marks all over, seems like only water is used to clean windows and dash. This is not a "let them know" and take care of it situation. This has been a consistent occurrence at this location
