I went there today to get salt off of my car, they were super busy but they got me in and out so fast! I purchased the works and they did such an amazing job for $29. The place also looks new and I love their selection of air fresheners. The owner and employees were so nice! Will definitely go back again.

I went to this car wash today to get my car washed since I haven’t washed it in over a month, since the last time I went to a car wash my roof for scratched and the guy running the car wash was rude. But, this car wash has changed everything! The workers were friendly, the machine didn’t scratch my vehicle, and left my vehicle looking spotless and like it just came off the lot!! I will definitely be coming back to this car wash and I think it is totally worth the $20. I will also recommend this car wash to my friends and family

A funny, not so funny story - Today is my 5 year wedding anniversary. My husband always tells me how messy my car is - so I jokingly suggested he get my car washed for my anni gift. So, after work before picking up our kids from daycare he ran to the car wash. He was rushed in and out and was not allowed inside.
Fast forward 2 hours later - we are sitting down in Red Bank for an anniversary dinner when our Ring doorbell alerts us that there are cops at our door. Worried something serious was wrong, my husband left the restaurant to see what was going on.

Lol at the lady below. Kate Johnson. I was behind her Husband… I was wondering why he didn’t go inside like the rest of the customers did. Now I’m reading her review. Imagine what type of entitlement someone must have to leave a business a negative review because they didn’t catch her husband stealing a wash? Amazing. So glad my kids are older. I’ve owned my car for a couple months and this was the first time I’ve had the time to get a good wash. Paid for the top wash about 40 bucks. Rims were left dirty and dusty in spots the auto wash didn’t reach . Dirt still on my car near rear wheels. Didn’t even bother to open the back hatch and wipe the windows or bumper . When I asked the attendants they just looked at me like they don’t understand what I said, shrugged their shoulders and moved on to the next car. I should’ve paid for the $16 dollar Basic wash . Avoid this place unless you just need a quick wash for $16.

I had a wonderful experience here. I've come to this car wash for years but the most recent time I came, the owner Jason helped me severely! I had spilled food in my car probably a month prior and the smell would not come out of my car. Jason overheard my story and tried two different ways to help get that food smell out. When I tell you he was very polite and forthcoming with being willing to help me out and even said if it still smelled like food after a week to bring my car back in and he'd help do an inside detailed job to it. Thankfully it has not smelled like food since he helped me out.

Place seems to be getting worse and worse. I have monthly plan ( their most expensive package) and last few times I went they only provided me with the mid priced package. I ask for manager or owner and they are never there. I spoke with cashier and she said it was because they were short staffed. So you can't clean my 3rd row and trunk because your short staffed yet I'm still paying for the most expensive monthly package. They are almost never open their posted hours ( open late and close early) this past weekend it was 90 degrees and sunny and they were closed all weekend???? management

Took my car for a car wash and vacuum. and paid for what they called a complete package.It was not busy at all at the time and I was the only one there.Vacuum was just rushed and interior of the car was not wiped and cleaned and was left dusty. Poor quality of vacuuming and cleaning as compared to the other car wash in the area.

The wash did damage to our front mats, with the air compressor to clean dirt. When we alerted the owner, his response was "we did not do that, and people are always trying to get money out of me". First, we did not ask for anything, two, his response was in an abusive tone to a woman. We are saddened that a small business like this choose to be defensive and aggressive as opposed to actually looking into the issue. In my experience I would avoid at all cost. I was going to this car wash for about a year since it was the most convenient car wash and they offered a monthly service for a pretty good price. The last time I went they damaged the front mats of my car with the air compressor. When I addressed the owner he denied that his equipment had damaged the mats. He accused me of having kids in my car with cleats. I don't have kids and I'm the only person who is ever in my car. Not to mention I'm immaculate and get my car washed several times a week. Absolutely love this place! Not only did I get an amazing wash, but was greeted so kindly by Jay and the crew. It was so good that I came back to get my other car washed but this time I brought my 3 year old daughter who was so amazed by how cool everything lit up with all the bright colors while going through the tunnel. Then went inside to pay where we were kindly greeted by the receptionist. Great experience and by far the best car wash I've been too!

I thought you just get a bad car wash for $35 pix attached but you get so much more , when the rims were still not clean me and my wife started cleaning them our selves only to have one of the employees start telling her that we were not allowed to use there soap or the towels, after trying to explain to him to no avail ( because he spoke hardly any english) that

Went to get my car washed to day and I was disappointed to see the car was not very clean. The exterior overall was okay but the front of the vehicle still had tons of dirt stuck to it (about the same amount as it has before the wash). They said they would clean the interior carpets and the man working took the rug out and blew it with an air hose. This seems to have loosed dirt that was embedded in the carpet and brought it to the surface, but then it was left there leaving the carpet looking extremely dirty. (THEFT FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S VEHICLE) Went for a wash on 6-9-20 and one of their employees stole an item out of my vehicle. The incident was confirmed on their surveillance video and the manager Jason Patel apologized, asvised the employee would be dealt with, and offered me unlimited washes until 7-15-20. Do not use this car wash if you have a roof rack. The machines will not clean the space beneath the roof rack cross bars. The staff will not clean those areas manually, even at an extra fee.
Also, service is slow. They do not have an express lane for those wanting an exterior wash only. You must wait for the cars ahead of you to get their interiors vacuumed (while the inside wash area is empty). I wonder how many people wanting just an exterior wash simply drive away, rather than wait unnecessarily in line. Lost business!

So pissed off I just took it home and finished it myself. The machine didn't clean the back of the car or the lower sides of the car at all. Fellow went around wiping it and still missed behind the lower parts by the tires. Missed parts of the door jam. The aluminum rims were filthy and the fellow who put the tire shine on didn't even say anything to anybody. I also had to re-clean the mats because the machine they ran it through left them dirty. I paid $35.00 for the Ultimate Wash and got the ultimate headache. I will never go back.

The new machines they installed are great the inside waiting area is very nice everything about the place is great the owner put a lot of money into this place!
Now here are the downfalls:
The staff is terrible the new cashier girl acts as if she is doing you a favor I'm not asking for a hand shake and a hug but just be pleasant she is just there to take your money she is to busy playing on her phone she and acts like your annoying her!
