Mobi was established in 2014. We have always been local to West Seattle and are just near the Admiral Junction off California Ave. Our goal is to assist with any electronics help needed! We do our very best to keep well versed on current events in the tech world and want to be stocked full of knowledge to help answer any questions you've got.
Our big focus is the repair of mobile devices (phones, tablets, smart watches, etc.) we offer repair with premium quality parts and all of our repairs come warrantied so you can feel safe handing over your device to us. Our shop is small, but comfy. At times when it's just us and tons of beeping phones, it can get lonely.

Services
On average, repairs take about 30 minutes or less. This all depends on the model of the device being repaired. We like to be quick with our repairs (while still being professional) because we know your time is valuable. Most common repairs for iPhones is the screen, but we can replace batteries, charging ports, volume/power buttons, those pesky camera lens covers, and even the whole frame of the phone if it is too damaged.

I have used Mobi Repair twice. Both times, the service was quick and I had no issues after the repair.
My most recent visit, a phone had been dropped and the screen cracked. Called up Mobi and was able to bring the phone in right away and pick it back up with a new screen in just a few hours. Excellent and quick service!

Nathan at Mobi was the fourth shop I contacted and by far the best. I first contacted a repair store in Bellevue who stated they had the part and could repair it on a particular day. So an appointment was set and when I arrived, they were down a tech, didn't have the right replacement screen. and said I would have to drop off the phone and would get it back in a week. When I asked for other options or recommendations for other places, the response was met with a blank stare and the only referral was a sister shop in a different city. I ended up calling two other places who were equally non-responsive

Have little techno ability as a Senior citizen and have been in several times to get help with what would for most "techies" be simple. The staff here are so helpful! Never make me feel stupid ! Believe me, this place is twice as valuable and accessible compared to the Apple store in South Center. Give them your business.

The gentleman I talked to was a real pro. I came in with the wrong parts and he patiently explains the right way to fix my phone. It is notable that if I had brought the right parts he would have repaired it for the labor charge only! I have ordered the right thing and will be back to these professional guys. AND I have to take a ferry to the mainland to get there! I got lucky and found a parking place across the street so I didn't see any nearby parking lots.

Took my daughter's IPad here since it was severely damaged. Her screen was broken, and shattered. She even had some damages on the side of her IPad. The gentlemen at Mobi examined it, and told me they could fix it. It would just be a little extra charge (not much) in the event there was damage to her home button. It took him only two days, and he completely made her IPad look brand new! I was completely shocked at how well the screen looked and precisely flawless. I also brought my IPad here and he repaired it in one day with a minimal cost! I will refer him a million times over. Fast, convenient

I went in to see if they could repair a faulty USB-C port for my keyboard PCB. Though they don't really specialize in repairing keyboards, they were willing to at least take a look (a lot of the other repair shops wouldn't). They ended up resoldering the port and it was fixed! They were friendly and helpful - I'd recommend them to everyone to get your device repaired!

Quick and easy to work with, however I was not notified that the repair job would compromise the waterproofness of my mobile device. I use it in the mountains regularly for navigation and it is exposed to precipitation. I got this specific phone because it is waterproof and its awesome camera.
For near the same price of the repair I could have gotten a used version of this phone but I wanted to try and keep this phone longer, you know, for the environment.
I feel I should have been informed that the repair would compromise its waterproofness. If I had, I would have made a different decision.

I've used Mobi for years. They're awesome. Two days ago my phone dropped into the lake. 48 hours later, I found a local diver who found it in a few minutes. I brought it to Mobi. SO HAPPY! They saved my phone! It has water damage, but it's on, and I'm downloading my photos now. An hour drive to get there, an hour back, but so worth it. The best! Thank you thank you!

IPhone X, Dropped it in the water for a minute tried to dry it off but then stopped worked. Went to my local T-mobile story to buy a new phone but the guy worker isn't there raved about Mobi repair. Repairing it was way cheaper then buying a new phone. I go there probably a day later after dropping my phone in water. He was able to get my phone up and going within 5 hours. I'm so glad that I came here to get my phone fixed! I have an iphone XR and my screen was in pretty bad shape. It looked brand new when it was handed it back to me. Took a little over an hour to replace the screen. Before i left, he even made sure that we tested everything out to see if it was working properly (texting, phone calls, camera, etc.) Great customer service, will be returning in the future if needed

Life saver. I slipped and fell last week and my phone just happened to break my fall.... I knew it was replaceable but the hassle of going through the process of getting quotes and shelling out money to fix it was a nightmare. I contacted 6 places for quotes and time frame. Nathan is a master of his craft! It's clear he loves digging into phones and solving any problem thrown his way. My iPhone took a brief sip of water and he made sure to dry out/clean the affected components.
