The Rowayton Yacht Club (not to be confused with the Rowayton Yacht Club at Hickory Bluff) is Rowayton's oldest yacht club. It celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2009. The Club was founded in 1979 by Norwalk businessman George Milhailidis and his wife Eleanor.
Today, the club has grown to over 50 members and remains dedicated to its original mission: to create and promote good fellowship; to promote an interest in boating, cruising, sailing, racing, and safe navigation of local waterways; to protect the general welfare of its Members.
