They advertise that there would be cabins, there were no cabins, (false advertisement, ) No electricity or water. There was also no wifi or handicap accessory which is illegal. The food in the store was expired by months. Tried to make a fire with the wood they brought to me, it was wet and had nails in it. There was no washer or dryer to do clothes. Asked for a refund and they refused saying that they don't give out refunds. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ! I wouldn't even recommend it to my worse enemy !

5 days without water is ridiculous! It’s a good thing bicycles don’t require water but my owners do!
Also threatened to be turned in to scrap metal is beyond ridiculous! My owners would not hear of it. These other reviews on here speak the truth! Also when the owner of this campground shut of the electric on Veterans Day and caused my owners food to spoil. If it wasn’t for the propane and gas my owners wouldn't have had a way to keep themselves warm! Not that the owners of this campground really cares. I would not recommend this campground to my worst enemy.

Well marked easy to find....two washers worked out of three, one dryer out of three we were told three washers worked and two dryers. One shower for fifty or so campers. First spot with w/e was full of yard debris, porta potty and no water and electric hookup. Second spot never did find the water. I do have to say the shower and laundry room we're clean.

We camped here wet often MANY years ago with our families. And wanted my husband to experience this great place with me now. What a joke! They gave away our friends “cabin” which in turn is only a utility trailer you’d see in a construction site! They posted pics of cabins(which is false advertisement)! Had no WiFi service and no cable(which by the way was cut and hanging off a tree)! Now this was Memorial weekend and quite cold but pool is the same way it was when the campground opened back in…Well, you get the idea. Plaster peeling all over it and not a way for my daughters wheelchair

Spent a night here in a tent while riding my bicycle across Pennsylvania. Judy and Art were very accommodating and waited for me to show up after hours. The tent site(s) was set along a beautiful stream and humongous old growth trees. The bathrooms were very clean also! I would definitely stay here again.

The Worst Customer Service experience of my entire Life. Everything from my initial attempt to make reservations to the moment I showed up at the campground was Bizarre! The owner was incredibly RUDE! We ended up going elsewhere, which I should have known to do from the very first phone conversation with this apparently miserable woman. We called Twin Grove Campground, they were fully booked unlike Judy at Echo Valley...because Good Customer service goes a long way. While they were unable to book us a stay they were extremely helpful in helping us locate another place to stay. Twin Grove staff

The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the lovely site next to the creek. That should have been a warning sign right there, if you can find a creekside spot in the middle of summer when you cannot find any sites on a weekend, AND there are still some sites open!
I stayed here twice. After the first time I thought I can deal with Judy's rudeness in order to have a lovely weekend of camping. After the second time I decided I will betray myself by putting more money into this business's pocket. I have never in all my years camping experienced such inhospitality (it actually varies by the second

Made Reservation for a $44 pull through site with credit card while on the road so that we could stop for the night. When we got there just an hour or so later, we were informed that there were no more pull through spots but we could have a site by the creek for $56. After a discussion about how reservations are actually supposed to work, we were awarded a pull through spot right beside another pull through that was vacant as well. Very rude and sassy woman at the desk. We needed a one nighter and were glad to get it since we were tired. But if there were another campground in the area, I would

Owner is very rude. Made reservation several months ago and received no confirmation or anything. When I later had to cancel I mentioned not having confirmation and she said "I don't both with those. I got it" and hung up on me. I called back "I think we got disconnected" and stated I just wanted to be sure she got my name and dates and she hung up on me a second time. I'm watching my charge statements closely to make sure she doesn't charge me since it didn't seem like she wrote anything down at all. Seriously - I'll NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Beware. Do not stay here. The owner is RUDE and will over charge every chance she gets. Stayed here years ago and by the looks of the reviews and her responses.. nothing has changed.
There’s so much I can carry on about but since We’ve been traveling 6+ years now.
We have NEVER paid for guests to visit us.
Checking in after hours has NEVER been a problem. No other campground charges by how many people stay in that site. (They may have a max occupancy per site) SO MANY campgrounds have maps. I’m notified before any charges are made to my account. You can not mess up on over charging people

I'm giving 2 stars because the A/C worked. That was 1good thing the other was the community bathroom was nice and clean. If you are bringing a trailer, you might like it. DO NOT RENT ANY CABINS. 4 WHEELERS THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARNING. The cabins are ikd, musty, but invested, mouse invested, rotting, broken down everything. Everyone in our group checked in and she couldn't find one key for any of us. Always said go check in and we'll bring it to you. Guess what, no key. Mouse nest in the kitchen drawer. Most everything the reviewers said above is true. Bad part about it, the property

Like many, many, many before me. I too thought nothing of the terrible, horrid and honestly mean comments about Judy. After all, I'll be in and out, no worries! I can deal with a nasty old woman...
Well, I can say I earned my "I survived Judy" badge, now. And I can attest, the reviews prior are spot on accurate.
I made a reservation back in October via the website and got an email asking for CC information the next day. I called, rather than email the #'s. Spoke to Judy, transaction was rather easy, she was polite from my memory. When I told her we'd be late arrivals

Grab a cup of coffee and a blanket because this is going to be a long one!
We set our camper here in a seasonal spot due to its location and the availability to move it in in the winter months. I dropped it off in March and opening day was April 14th. We drove over two hours that Friday to come down and stay for our first weekend. When we arrived there was no power and no water. I went to the office and "Judy" the owner told me it was too cold to open. I asked her why she didn't notify me that she wasn't opening when her website said they would. She said she didn't have

Tried this spot for an overnight stay off of the I-81 highway corridor with our motorhome. When checking in, the person "watching" the store asked to see our Good Sam card as we are members and asked for a Good Sam rate. The person looked at the card and said it expired in 2017, but we knew we had renewed at that time for two years. My wife called Good Sam on speaker phone in front of the guy and they stated we were in good standing until 2019. He still continued to refuse the discount but my wife persisted and he relented. But things got worse, they put us on site 26B. As a matter of

If I could put 0 stars I would. I never even got to this campground as I was cussed out on the phone by the owner, Judy I think her name is. She only likes a certain kind of people at her campground and defiantly doesn't want kids there. She will charge you for electric that you didn't use and honestly just charge you for everythibg that she can, she's a greedy money hungry mean lady. And the rudest person I've ever met. Don't believe me just give her a call yourself.

This Place was the most absurdly disgusting rip off I've ever seen! I'm still showering every 3 hours till I stop feeling like a rubber mattress myself.
I rented a cabin for one night and I went to get a full panel of blood work done yesterday.
The place seemed fine and was recommended by Rausch Creek off road park and since I've always trusted fellow off-roaders with accommodations I didn't bother to question things. I wish I had checked a few reviews.
I was charged $110 CASH in the off-season (because we were only staying one night) plus Tax on the stipulation she was

A friend of mine stayed there with our young sons prior to a day of wheeling our Jeeps at Rausch Creek Off Road park. The camp sites were big, flat and free of debris. The owners were friendly and their general store was small but stocked with the basics. The boys liked having a running creek next to our campsite and it all made for a great weekend. The only downside was the nearby road noise through the night. I'd go again though.
