Rent is a lot higher than advertised on many sites, water bill was $90 for a single month per person, for a two person apartment, with one person away for summer break. Maintenance requests were largely ignored, the apartment was not move in ready, as the carpets were smelly, and the blinds were falling apart. The roommate matching service was helpful. Utilities billing was unorganized as the electric bill never came in. We were threatened with an electricity shutoff at one point despite this. The blinds on the windows were never replaced despite many maintenance requests, and the mailbox was to
