Horrible and disrespectful! My husband sat there for 3 HOURS today! YES, 3 hours and then got up and left! Excuses because of new computer system, short handed. NO! NOT ACCEPTABLE on any measure of the imagination. The last time he waited 2 hours! We pay to have an assistant go with him and so we are out the money for her too and still no doctor saw him.
