I highly recommend NVISION for Lasik, every single person was extremely helpful from my first consultation to the day of surgery. I got Lasik and Contura at the Newport Beach location and Dr. Tooma is phenomenal! He made the procedure so smooth for me, talked me through every part and put me at ease. Staff is friendly but you are treated more like a widget pushed through a manufacturing line than a person. While I can now see without glasses, my vision is 75-80% of it was, pre-surgery with corrective lenses. Talked to a different Dr./assistant on every visit, no continuity across people.
Dr. Tooma only talked to me for about 60 seconds in the surgery room as he did a final check, before starting the LASIK procedure. Maybe this is why he messed up and did the wrong procedure on one of two my eyes. The other eye is fine, thankfully, but I will have to return to them to have a second surgery

My experience at NVISION Eye Center was amazing. From the start everyone was amazing! The reception staff were courteous and friendly. All the staff members I encountered were friendly and professional. Dr. Tooma and his fellow colleagues were great. They explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions.
Shout out to my patient counselor, Karen. She was fantastic. She was personable, knowledgeable, and accessible any time I had questions or needed assistance. She even set up my post op appointments at my optometrist on the spot! Even when I had issues with getting some prescriptions

Even though I have access to the best doctors in Los Angeles, I chose Dr. Tooma of NVision OC for my Lasik eye surgery. There is no one better in the business, and he runs his company with care and wisdom. I was very happy with my results, and I will recommend this place to everyone I know. The best part? I had the Lasik procedure done about three - four years ago. Everything was exceptional. The staff, the Dr's, the after care, the follow ups etc... I would highly recommend NVision Eye Center. I was a little skeptical to have the procedure done and even more cautious to get Mono-vision. I couldn't be happier. To wake up, be able to see clearly and not need glasses or contacts is an amazing feeling.
I am now working on scheduling an appointment for a correction as my vision has slightly changed.

I've worn glasses for over 20 years. The thought of opening my eyes in the morning and being able to see seemed so far fetched. Well it's a reality now thanks to Dr. Pirnazar and his team. From my consultation with Karen to the day of my procedure I felt very comfortable. Karen was available for calls or texts with any questions and was wonderful. Dr. Pirnazar was very comforting and familiar with me while in the OR. The facility is clean and beautiful. I am only on day 1 post op but I can see just as if I was wearing glasses. It's amazing. Very professional in every respect. Very thing was clean and supplies were in adequate stock. Front office personnel were efficient and provided all the required answers. Lab personnel were friendly, prepared and answered all questions at that time. Dr. Brar was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough with the examination and directed me to the Surgical Coordinator who also did an excellent job of providing answers and direction to address the maze of questions and steps required to get through the process once a surgery date in secured.

6/30/21-This update is by no means a reflection on the staff or Dr.'s who helped me. They've all been wonderful and I commend them for their hard work and professionalism.
After 7 months and postponing a correction two months ago, I decided to finally go through with it despite my apprehension and lack of trust and faith given the situation I'd been through.
The .25 prescription seems to have done the job and made the improvement I needed to see clearly at a distance and get rid of the fuzzy and blurriness I was experiencing. Which was CAUSED BY THE CORRECTION THAT WAS MADE originally

Definitely would recommend Nvison. I was there last June to get my procedure done by Dr. Casey from Las Vegas, NV. Not only Dr. Casey and his staff took the time to get to know me, but are very informative and knowledgeable with all questions I had prior to pre-op and went through my procedure that was actually painless. Past midnight following my procedure, I was able to see clearly.

3 months after survey and I'm going to say based on where I'm at after the surgery I'm not satisfied. -6.5 each eye, astigmatism, glasses since age 11, currently 42 years old, paid for the Contoura option.

They do a decent job of consultation but there seeing so many people come in for consultations, there isn't much personal attention. My counselor forgot to send me instructions on the eye drop prescription prior to the surgery. Not organized and lacking attention to detail.

I went in for a lasik consultation. The girl who helped me was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. But my issue was when it came to talking about the cost and options.
We agreed on a price and even looked at the calendar. But as soon as I mentioned that my insurance gave me an allowance, the price went up. The price we agreed on was no longer valid. They wanted to up charge me another $1200 because I was using insurance.
I thought it was ridiculous that now it would be more expensive out of pocket when using insurance. So for that I give 1 star

Dr. Katzman in the San Diego office performed my lasik and I am truly grateful for his expertise, trust, and experience. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure and recovery was easy and smooth. Wow! I highly recommend Nvision in Ontario, CA, for eye care services. On Monday 8/19/99, I had a pterygium removed on my left by by Dr. Nikpoor. Her skill and empathy is superior. All the NVision staff I interacted with pre-operation were so caring, my nervousness vanished During the procedure, Dr. Nikpoor's caring attention to detail was phenomenal. Next to no pain and a surprisingly quick recovery. Thank you Dr. Nikpoor and the entire NVision Ontario staff.

Very unorganized. The billing department has no clue of what they are doing. I have been trying to get my refund of a deposit I paid of $822.00 since October. They have now sent me a bill of $480.00 with no credit for what I have already paid. Good thing my credit card company is involved now and the Better Business Bureau.
