At PhysioElements, we care about your individual goals and your ability to perform the life activities and tasks that are meaningful to you. We believe that in order to achieve optimal fluidity and balance in movements, all systems (neural, myofascial, visceral, articular) must function in harmony.

We assess the whole body by using the Integrated Systems Model approach, and a multimodal treatment plan is then designed, unique to each person and their particular challenges. Our team's singular mission is to create a setting where our clients will receive comprehensive, integrated, and individualized care tailored to each person's unique goals.
Services
Connect with one of our skilled Doctors of Physical Therapy for a complimentary 15 min consult. There aren't enough words to describe how blessed I am to have found Physical Therapist, Nara Yoon, but perhaps, I can communicate in some small way the benefit I have found in being a client. I, Emad Khaja, a retired architect had ended up with a fractured ankle, when I fell on the street while I was climbing out of my daughter's Honda passenger seat.
I have been coming to PhysioElements for over a year and I never could have imagine how much I would learn about my body. I have been a patient with Dr. Nara Yoon and Dr. Kat Castro and both teach me something new about my body every single time we work together. It's like I'm given a key to unlock a new muscle, each session is specifically tailored to my body's needs.
Our team at PhysioElements is trained to view the body as a whole. We are able to provide a comprehensive evaluation to determine how your specific diagnoses and injury are affecting your well-being and get to the root of your issue by implementing a program that uses a full body approach.

Our advanced training in using a multi-modal approach for treatment allows us to provide both prehabilitation (pre-surgical) as well as rehabilitation (post-surgery and/or post-injury) that is uniquely tailored to your needs.I have severe scoliosis and suffer from a horrible pain on my left side due to this condition.
If you never participated in a pilates equipment class, this is a perfect opportunity to receive a one on one postural screening and a sample session and find out what pilates is all about. You already know that Pilates can provide you with flat abs, but there are plenty of other benefits from this safe and effective workout.
Prerequisite: Current or past participation in a PSSE program at a certified location is required. Please speak with one of the team members if you're unsure. Check our online schedule just like you did normally to schedule in-studio classes and find the best time and class that suits you! (If you do not have a MindBodyOnline account, it will prompt you to sign up for a new account.).

Fantastic environment. Clean and bright with plenty of equipment. Everyone there was really nice. I met the owner, Nara Yoon, DPT and she was very warm and welcoming.
I had a pilates session here with Kat Castro, DPT and it was fantastic. She helped me diagnose my knee problems and coached me through some exercises to help strengthen my legs and improve my posture.

The most attentive, thorough and loving care! My therapist took the time to carefully diagnose and analyze the root of my pain. I've had shoulder, neck and wrist pain that is all gone after her precise treatment. The office is brand new, so clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I love taking Pilates classes at Physioelements because you get great attention to your form from the instructor. You know when you’re doing an exercise correctly (or not) because the instructor is right there to help you and explain what needs to be done. I’ve taken Pilates reformers classes in big gyms before and you don’t get that attention unless you take a private class.

The staff here is very friendly and the therapists are excellent. My entire family comes here and I would recommend their services. I look forward to coming to therapy every week and I have shown significant improvement in my condition since I first started.

After three major hip surgeries (hips are now fine), Drs. at Hospital for Special Surgery found I had a left tilting spinal condition from years of compensating for right side hip pain. It was either surgery on 4/5 lumbar region or undertake a Schroth therapy regime. I did the latter at PhysioElements and have dramatically improved the spinal tilt.
Much more than that, I have gained such a better understanding of how "elements" from treatment/training disciplines like Schroth, Yoga & Pilates can drastically improve flexibility and core physical health.
This is a warm & welcoming environment with
