Great location with easy access for truck & trailer. There's a Tractor Supply, super Walmart, and gas station just a mile down the road, with the Vermont border just a bit further.

We had a really nice weekend at Hinsdale Campground. We live just across the river but wanted to sleep in our new tent and have an easy getaway. Such a sweet place to visit with kids! The office attendant was warm and helpful. The facilities, bathhouse, and pool were spotless. The pool is big, well maintained, and hidden in the back to make for almost a resort feel. The campsite was wooded and lovely. We talked with some seasonal residents who were the nicest and most welcoming people. It was warm summer nights and the campground was hopping, but it quieted down entirely by 9:30 pm with the only

Large park with mostly permanent trailers, occupied only during the season. During our visit many features, like the pool, were not open yet in early May. Average sized sites, very clean bath house.

Usually have a very nice time, but lots of of people with their quads and side by sides from out of state made this a very unpleasant experience. Very hard to enforce the rules even though they tried. Will not be back until things change.

Prices are very high. Too much ATV traffic. The Pool was open but it was NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH NH COVID 19 GUIDELINES. Weekends at the pool are very loud and dirty. The Seasonals act like they own the place. They use the dining cabana and leave trash everywhere. They even have been known to actually have alcohol in the pool, even when the rules posted outside the pool state No Alcohol. No one from the Campground staff actually monitors what goes on in the Pool.

Nice, quiet location in the forest. Lots of hiking and ATV trails. Utilities work well. Good cable TV package. Wifi is slow. My site was very sandy, which made it difficult to level out properly. They took me in during the Corona scare and I really appreciate that. But they are very bad with communication (returning calls and emails). As of this writing, it has been over a week since I stayed there and I am still waiting to get a receipt emailed to me.

My parents were staying here and we went to visit them. They had great a great first impression from the woman working in the office and we had a really quiet, peaceful visit around the campfire. You have to drive through a well-kept trailer park to get to the campground but if you had your eyes closed when you drove in you would never know!

This place is advertised as family owned but it’s actually owned by a group in CA. The roads are poor. My site filled up with water every time it rained and took hours to drain. I had to buy boots to get in or out. When I complained, I was told that campers provided their own gravel or decks. Many of the people stay for the season April-October. Mon-Thurs it’s quite peaceful but on Friday night it fills up with partiers. It’s quite loud and no rules are enforced. If you just need a place to stay for a night, it’s ok but I left for another campground.
