Some of the activities are Bingo, BBQ, campfires, and music on big weekends. There are also many activities that go on in the town of Newfane. We have sites that are rented seasonally and monthly. We have tents, **(The maximum stay length at a tent site is 14 days, there are no long term rentals for tents which includes the lean-to) one lean-to site, water hookups with 30 and 50 amp electrical.
Wifi is offered near the office only. We have a small safari field for group camping and we have sites that can accommodate 40 ft RV's and trailers. Both wooded and open sites are available throughout the campground. Flush toilets, hot showers, a dumping station, and laundry room are available for your convenience.

Services
Kenolie Village was started in 1968 by Ken and Stella Dowley. Ken and Stella are no longer with us, but their legacy lives on through the hard work of their children and all they do to bring you this beautiful and active community. We strive to make each stay at Kenolie Village Campgound, full of fond memories.
The Dowley family invites your family to Kenolie Village Campground where you will enjoy our facilities and location along with old-fashioned customer service that hasn't changed in 30 years! Download our Brochure HERE. Cancellation policy: You must cancel 7 days before the first night of your stay.
Our private tent area is wooded and tucked away from the RV sites. Each tent site includes picnic tables and fire rings. It is primitive, but water is near. Tent campers will enjoy our extra clean bath house, as well as our playground. We only have a few tent sites, but the sites are very large therefore we have a lot of space for tenters.
Only one unit allowed at sites, no tents can be set up on occupied site unless approved by management. We welcome all families, including pets, but ask that all pets be kept under control and on a leash at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Bicycles can be a problem.
Newfane Vermont is 12 miles northwest of Brattleboro Vermont on Route 30. Just 2 miles north of Newfane Village, turn right on Brookline Road (right next to the old Flea Market) and follow Kenolie Camp Ground signs 1 mile to camp. Please use our directions listed below! We have found that although GPS devices will get you to our location, they will take you over roads and bridges that may cause damage to your trailer or RV.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend while exploring properties in the area. While the owners were friendly and welcoming up front, the seasonal campers and locals on the grounds were very unwelcoming... Keep in mind this is a private campground and most the folks here have been here for quite some time. The first night I arrived alone, I was placed on a 4 way intersection site between 3 RV's. This was fine considering I was by myself for the first couple nights. The next morning, I had geared up and hit the road by 7am. I returned @ 2pm to find that my site was covered in saw dust! 7th season here...love it!!!...
..unbelievable, after 7 seasons, paying for this season in full, in advance, accusations were made, much of which was completely fabricated and simply NOT TRUE....TOLD THAT WE HAD MANY VISITORS, MUCH OF WHICH NOT SIGNING IN....I spent 90% of my time at the camper... If even 1 person each week visited that would be stretching it.....it was 100 % fabricated...we we told to leave and given 48 hours to get out! A couple thousand dollars worth of stuff was abandoned because there was no way to take it with us!!!! The owners be were way out of line!!

Stayed here for a few months while looking for land in VT. The owners and family, along with staff, are amazing. The campground has many services to make your stay in the area wonderful. Thank you Buster and Laura (and family)!
One note: if you're in a car, follow the GPS. If you're pulling a rig, once you're on RT. 30 follow the signs to the campground which will take you north through newfane., Do not turn at the school.
