I have been seeing Dr. A for almost 3 years. I used to like going there but as of 2021 I refuse to ever go there again. I made an appointment for my yearly skin exam and had some other concerns as well postpartum. The doctor declined to do my skin exam even though I was already naked and had been waiting for 20 minutes as I "had too much to address" She stated they would do it the following visit. However, for that visit she billed me AGAIN to do my skin exam and did a full head to toe exam in 6mins! She missed my feet (and I had a mark), so I made another appointment and she charged again to look

I went to her for a skin check and about a recent change in my nails. She brushed me off and told me to use biotin and told me it was probably genetic. She didn’t ask me about my background or review any tests. Didn’t really seem to care. I felt like she wasn’t even listening to my concerns. It seemed as if i was annoying her. I decided to go get a second opinion. Thank god I did— turns out I have a serious blood disorder and I will be monitored for my life. My nails were reflecting the change in my blood oxygen levels.

The staff is very kind and helpful and the nurse practioner was able to see me the very next day as I was having a lot of pain they were thee only Dermatologist in the area in which I live that could see me so quickly thee other ones I called in my area couldn't see me till November 2021 and January 2022 they were Dr Dombroski in Dearborn, MI and one other Dermatologist also in Dearborn. I Would highly recommend Dr Arathi Goldsmith and her staff. Thank you to her and her staff.
