Very nice doctor and staff, very clean office. That’s all I can say good. Unfortunately the staff did not communicate about a prescription I was picking up.
I waited at the pharmacy and it wasn’t there. Several phone calls back and forth proved unproductive and finally the pharmacist said she could speak to the staff and it could be verbally called in. My last call was made minutes before 6pm and I got the office is closed message. I reluctantly called the after hours if I’m dying line and it asked me to leave a message!
Undeterred I called a third time and the dedermatologist herself answered

I had been fighting a rash under my nose for about 1 1/2 years. I gave up on another practice after several visits, 3 ointments and a lotion without success. I gave Dr. Cliffel a try after good reviews on another site. She gave me a script and a plan with 2 of the 3 ointments I already had. 3 weeks later there's a marked improvement. Very courteous, competent Doc and staff. Highly recommend.

Everything good that everyone is saying is TRUE in these reviews. I was super impressed with how quickly she diagnosed and remedied every ailment, how thoroughly and simply she explained what she was talking about (without talking down to me), and how kind and good natured she was. YES!!!!! What a great doctor! What a high level professional! And what a superior human being! I only wish she treated more stuff (brains, hearts, flat tires lol), so I could come to her more often. Stop reading and book your appointment!
