We had an amazing experience purchasing our home with Chad. We relocated from out of state and Chad did an amazing job helping us find the right home. Chad was amazing! I just moved to Salt Lake from Japan and Chad helped with every detail. He did an excellent job during the due diligence period by bringing in a plumber, roofer, and electrician to get a better look than the overall home inspection provides. Hands down I would work with Chad again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Salt Lake area!

Chad is a nice guy and he went to see a lot of houses with me before I picked the final one. The reason I gave him three stars is because there was a lack of transparency, he was guessing rather than providing straight forward responses to many important things to me, and it also felt like just another sale/paycheck rather than him actually having my best interests in mind. Unfortunately, most of this came to light after the sale.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience purchasing our first home with Live Work Play. Chad was super flexible; both with finding showing times that worked for our schedules as well as with us changing our minds throughout the process. He was helpful in educating us as first time home buyers. Chad was incredible to work with. I can't believe how easy he made the entire experience. I'm a very busy mom with a demanding career and the last thing I had time for was selling a house that needed a refresh: I couldn't have managed contractors, painters, yardcare, etc, and Chad handled it all! And as a result, we got an even prettier penny for my sweet bungalow--all thanks to him! We absolutely LOVED working with Chad and his team! Moving across the country from Ohio to Salt Lake City could have easily been nerve racking and stressful, but he made the transition and house hunt so incredibly easy. He also went above and beyond, meeting contractors, inspectors, and other professionals at our new home since we were unable to… fly back to Utah multiple times. In addition, due to the nature of our previous home selling so quickly, we were pressed with a very tight timeline.
