Zero stars I’m having the same issue I got my glasses a month ago waiting to get them prescripted no one answers my calls I even IG message them awesome glass and good services but it’s all for show I have never left a bad review in my life. But smh no communication what so whatever I need my refund 😞

Avoid this business. While they have excellent inventory and a great location, the customer service is incredibly disappointing given how high-end their offerings are. I found a pair of glasses I loved, gave my prescription, and paid for the pair (nearly $600 total). They said the glasses would be ready in 5 business days. After a week of not hearing anything, I called and left a message inquiring about the status of my order. I called again every couple of days and never actually got through to speak to a human and left a message every time. My calls were never returned and I never received any

Avoid this place. Extremely unprofessional & rude. I called this place wondering if they had a Cartier model I’ve been looking for. The sales rep answered the phone with “ hello “ and just told me to come in after I said what I was looking for. Since that was no help I decided to check out there instagram page for more info. The owner is some boujee wanna-be that is posting explicit videos of half naked women and himself saying VERY explicit things ON THE OFFICIAL IG PAGE? I could not believe a business owner would condone this behavior & expect success on Newbury street of all places. High
