Your perfect home is waiting for you at the Arbors of Marysville, a beautiful apartment community featuring two bedroom townhomes. Everything you need is within reach in this neighborhood, from open green spaces to weekly doorstep recycling and a huge pool for summer sunbathing. The townhomes have large patios to accommodate outdoor living, as well as designated dining spaces for those colder Ohio nights when you still want to entertain.
You'll find plenty of space for storage in the roomy closets, or you can rent an additional garage unit if you need to tuck away a little bit more. You won't feel like you're living in a box of apartments in this community--you'll feel right at home. What are you waiting for?

We have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved it. The office staff and maintenance have always been great with communication and quick responses to any repair or needs we have. Quiet atmosphere. Swimming pool. Lovely grounds - the green space and trees this apartment complex have are the best around. Great patio space. The interiors are a bit dated but great closet space. The outside and inside are kept well maintained. Great location. Walking distance to amazing downtown restaurants, shopping, library, farmers market, parades and events.

This was my boyfriend and I's first rental. We were excited about having the room for my daugther to grow and have our dog here. First issue was we requested the floor plan that was more open concept. Walked in on our move in day and it wasnt the right floor plan. They also put behind someone who works third which wouldve been fine besides the fact our dog who is registered as an ESA had a little separation anxiety when no one was home and barked. We went to great extents to watch her throughout and day. Most of the time they said she was barking had camera proof she wasnt. The management refused

I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews for this place and I'm wondering how much of that is genuine or if it's just vindictive former tenants. I've been here for a little over a year now and honestly I can't think of a place I'd rather be at the moment. The property is nice, it's within walking distance of down town, and it's well taken care of. The management has always been very pleasant to me and my roommate. Whenever I've had an issue or needed something repaired they've always been on top of it. The units themselves are very nice. A little older with a few quirks here and there, but honestly

It wasn't bad at all when we were living there but has been a nightmare moving out. We have felt bullied by Oakwood Management. We were great tenants for 2 years, paid our rent and kept our place clean, we are baffled what we did to deserve the treatment we've received since moving out. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

This place is a joke. The day we moved in there was a problem with the plumbing that we ended up having to fix ourselves. The washing machine and the dryer which is their equipment they haven't come out to fix even though I've made a complaint everyday. And the office manager is about as stupid and rude as they come. Save your money and your time and find somewhere else to live.
