The worst apartment ever and not child friendly.
There's no parking spots near to the school bus stop. Parents and kids will have to wait in the open no matter if it is rain or snow. The staff is not cooperative either. Complaining wont help because no body picks up the phone or responds to email on time. Their community director Ambre Meiter is the worst. She doesnt know how to behave decently to their customers. Worst experience ever

I like the society But I saw some Houses have 2 bathrooms but some don't And there should be a Play area gym area and road's there are not smooth and they have black lines and I will like if there was a passage between Bridgewater and the 2 watkins glen
And there should be a big play empty area were kid's and all those people can play and

Moved in last March. Paid on time every month. Electric bill here is very high see images the dark purple is cold air coming in the apartment in the winter. They also raise rent significantly every year. Also do not rely on them to shovel and plow they do plow and shovel but later in the day I’m not at the time of day you actually need it early in the morning when you try to leave for work

I lived at this apartment complex for 15 months. I had a pet and paid the pet deposit and paid the pet rent every month. When I moved in I filled out a damages form and I marked that the carpet was old and stained when I moved in. Honestly could have been replaced before I moved in. I moved out mid January because I had purchased a home and never got anything else from the apartment complex. When I arrived home from vacation this past week I had a letter from a debt collector saying I owed $500 to Watkins Glen apartments. I never received anything prior to this from Watkins Glen. I am living here since last 9 months and we found this apartment very good. The best thing we observed about this apartment is its maintenance service. We hardly needed maintenance a couple of times but it was a prompt and quick service (next day) both times. Office staff is also very helpful each time we needed. Happy to be a resident of this apartment.

My fiancée and I had an appointment to view an apartment here. We drove 2 hours for the appointment on a Saturday morning looking forward to our potential new home. We were greatly disappointed, however, when we waited and waited but no one from the management team ever showed up. They could have at least called to cancel but instead we just got stood up. We will be finding a different apartment complex to live in after this.
