Seven Star School of Performing Arts is Putnam County's premier performing arts school. Since it's initiation in 2001, Seven Star School has offered a complete performing arts education in dance, voice and acting to children of all ages, beginners to pre-professional. Our passionate faculty is committed to providing a nurturing atmosphere in order to help facilitate personal growth and self esteem!
Our goal is simple: to make every student feel like a star! Seven Star School believes in an education that inspires young people to be the best they can be. Through proper training, in a positive and energetic environment, all children will partake in activities that will motivate, inspire and teach important life lessons such as teamwork, discipline and respect, as well as other qualities that will last long after their classes are over.

Services
Broadway Babies is an introductory program designed to enhance rhythm skills, coordination, musicality, and a genuine love for the art of dancing, singing, and acting. This two hour class contains ballet, tap, tumbling, singing, and acting. Snack time is provided; please bring snacks to class. Diaper Dancers is an introductory program designed to enhance rhythm skills, coordination, musicality, and a genuine love for the art of dance.
Seven Star School of Performing Arts is home to a variety of award-winning performance teams in dance, musical theater and breakdancing. We are proud to offer one of the best and diverse competitive programs in the area. Team members are committed, dedicated and passionate and also have a desire to perform as well as an eagerness to grow as both dancers and vocalists.

Seven Star has become such an important part of my family. Not only have my kiddos made such strong friendships, but they have built invaluable bonds with the teachers, choreographers, and staff. Seven Star has truly nurtured their passion for dance and entertaining. And more importantly, they have nurtured the ability for my kiddos to dance from their heart and truly express themselves through movement.

The day camps/special events that are offered at SSSPA are wonderful! Most working parents still have to work on certain holidays but children don’t have school. You have offered a fun and creative option for kids on days where parents also do not have to scramble for childcare. I know this is not a coincidence. My daughter has only been a part of your dance school for two months and I am so happy we have found such a caring and nurturing environment. Between your classes, fundraisers and events, you have a wonderful school.

SSSPA is a studio for all. All ages, all abilities, any performing arts interest, those looking to compete, those looking to do something for fun. All the teachers are excellent. They answer emails and any inquiries very quickly. Their costumes are beautiful!! They did an amazing job staying open, in person very safely during the COVID. I can’t say enough great things.

My daughter is 15 and been dancing at SSSPA since she was 3. She has made life long friends from various towns, competed in multiple states and even competed at the World tap championships in Germany. She takes voice lessons as well. SSSPA is a growing performing arts center with top notch instructors. Highly recommend.

We LOVE 7 stars. My daughter was new to the dance world in 6th grade and we were nervous to start because most of her peers had a lot of experience by that age. It's been almost 3 years since we started and she keeps asking for more dance. The teachers and owners care so much about the kids and they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The other students are so welcoming and supportive. It's like its own community. They are also keeping our kids safe with COVID better than any other sport in town. No small detail is missed here.

My children have been part of the SSSPA family for the last 4 years. They go above and beyond in all that they do and truly care for the children they teach. My children have flourished there.
They have programs for all likes and abilities and the staff are incredible. So happy with our choice and looking forward to many more years with SSSPA.
