You really need to do your homework before getting involved in this studio.
For many, the fact that the kids in the studio are really sweet and the instruction is "okay" make it a good, convenient option. That's generally how we have felt about it.
But the level of favoritism and and generally unfair behavior exhibited by the owner/artistic director on behalf of her own children and others in her "posse" is really annoying.
It is really aggravating watching the favoritism and watching all the parents (including me!) simply stand by and "take it" out of fear of the artistic director/owner taking

If you are looking for a studio that really focuses on the love of dance,as well as integrating the technical training dancers need, then this is it! The Pulse offers high level instruction in all the major disciplines, while also offering more recreational dancers a place to excel.
The teachers have all been very positive and welcoming, without a lot of the "tracking" or favoritism that some studios seem to lean toward. Every child is a dancer here, whether they are on the competition teams or not.
And as for the choreography, owner Jennifer Dell has some of THE most unique and inspiring dance

Pros:
- Other parents are genuinely friendly and considerate.
- Facilities are in pretty good shape
- Good option if your kids are not really serious and don't care about really learning.
Cons:
- Owner/artistic director is incredibly insecure and unprofessional. Everything revolves around her own children that are enrolled in the Studio. That's a BAD situation and leads to all sorts of unfair and annoying situations.
Net, net: there are much better options in the area. You should check them out.
