I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Tammy is the most rude and condescending person I have ever met. She treats tenants terribly and is always going on about how “rich” she is and how much money she makes. She treats people like dirt and has no respect for anyone. She’s always trying to pinch another penny out of people and refuses to pay for items broken in homes when it was the owners/installers fault it was broken to begin with and a tenant just notices. I would highly recommend to NEVER buy or lease from Tammy Truong.

I'm not even really sure where to begin in regards to writing a review for AM Realty. If there was an option to give 0 stars, that would definitely be my choice. There have been issues from the start in dealing with AM Realty, so let me break it down for you. When I overnighted a check for my rent/move in costs, Tammy (the owner, and the woman I… dealt with throughout this process), had to ask me (who hadn't moved to Las Vegas yet) which post office she had to go to to pick up the check. That should have been my first warning sign, but I was eager to get out there and brushed it off quickly

From the beginning to the end of our house purchase, Tammy was amazing. Always available for any question, and always giving with her time. An absolute professional--her knowledge of all the in and outs of real estate is incredible. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Tammy and her staff at AM Realty are truly amazing. I had to decide whether to rent or sell my house two years ago when I bought a new one. Tammy walked me through the pros and cons of each option and we decided to rent it out. Having never been a landlord, I appreciated how professional and helpful Tammy and her staff was. She literally did everything for me and walked me through any decisions that had to be made. My house was rented within days of listing for higher than I would have asked. Tammy took care of the few issues that arose with the house and always kept me in the loop.
