Services
Grace is a sole practitioner, which allows her to have direct and personal involvement with her clients. She started her career at the most prestigious "Big Firm" in the United States, gaining valuable and rewarding experience on one-of-a-kind transactions. But during her busy career, her grandmother passed away leaving her father, an only child, to handle the estate.
I am the daughter of Mexican immigrants who have owned several businesses in the South Bay for over 30 years. I am one of 5 children who, at a young age, learned the importance of hard work, but above all, I learned the value of obtaining an education. My parents did not have the opportunity to attend college and made sure to always instill into us the importance of higher learning.
After the birth of a child, life seems to become very REAL very FAST. Previously care-free couples suddenly realize that without their trusted eye watching every move, their "bundles of joy" are very vulnerable. This is exactly the time to consider the concept of guardianship. Whom would you trust to take care of your child if you were not available?
A "Comprehensive Estate Plan" will be different for every family. One thing is certain for all families: Planning and documenting your wishes will give your family a guide to follow. Handling this process today will prevent your loved ones from having to make very difficult decisions at a very emotional time.
Trust Administration is the process of administering, distributing, and reallocating the assets of a trust after the death of a trustee. The person selected to manage the Trust is called the Trustee; when the Trustee is either incapacitated, unwilling to continue as Trustee, or passes away, the Successor Trustee assumes this responsibility.
