Grace is a sole practitioner, which allows her to have direct and personal involvement with her clients. She started her career at the most prestigious "Big Firm" in the United States, gaining valuable and rewarding experience on one-of-a-kind transactions. A "Comprehensive Estate Plan" will be different for every family. One thing is certain for all families: Planning and documenting your wishes will give your family a guide to follow. Handling this process today will prevent your loved ones from having to make very difficult decisions at a very emotional time.
Trust Administration is the process of administering, distributing, and reallocating the assets of a trust after the death of a trustee. The person selected to manage the Trust is called the Trustee; when the Trustee is either incapacitated, unwilling to continue as Trustee, or passes away, the Successor Trustee assumes this responsibility.
