We have been cleaning garments for this location for more than ten years. Our work is conducted at an automated central facility near Elliot and Arizona Avenue. Edited to respond to the owners. If you have a standing order requiring employees to wear masks then they aren't obeying & are flat out lying because I was literally told "our boss doesn't require them". Watching your employees 24/7 isn't expected as what they do when not at work is their business, however they clearly don't care about exposure which makes one wonder what they are doing, where they're going, who they're coming in contact with on their days off. Literally the worst cleaners we have ever used. Took in brand new shirts to get laundered, and what we got back are shirts with stains on the bottom as if they were dragged on the floor. Only the top button was fastened on each of the dress shirts allowing each side of the shirts to fold on itself and crease and wrinkle. Truly defeats the purpose of sending them to the cleaners.

I took 7 shirts in for cleaning. When I went back last Wednesday 12/11 to pick them up, they couldn't find 1 of them. At the time there were 2 young ladies a young man and a gentleman working. When I gave them my claim ticket they brought me back 6 shirts. They fumbled around a bit looking for the 7th but could not find it. As the line behind me was growing, I told the young man in good faith, please just call me when you find it. NO PHONE CALL. I went back Saturday, 12/14 the young man was working. He showed me 6 different shirts he thought might be mine. No luck. I asked him to have the manager
