We were excited to try The Hudson and sadly our expectations didn’t meet our experience. I tried the Livin’ Easy drink and i personally didn’t enjoy it, maybe the sparkling wine? Our server didn’t ask how the drink was the whole night and I only had about 1/4 of it. The dish we did enjoy was the 3 bruschettas. We tried the Brie/Apple/fig, BLT and smoked salmon. Brie and fig jam are some of my favorite things to eat and this was yummy! The BLT was good, however could’ve used some fresh sat and pepper sprinkled on the top. Everything about The Hudson is 5 stars. The ambiance, wait staff, food, views, decor.
My family and I dined here twice and raved about each dish we ate. For me, the butternut squash ravioli was one of the best vegetarian meals I’ve had at an American restaurant.
Sarah served us for my mother’s birthday dinner and was exemplary. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Get Ellie’s chocolate peanut butter pie, thank me later.

Beautiful view*. We had a reservation which I recommend getting. Also the service is super friendly.
I tried to AZ Mule which thankfully didn’t have an overwhelming flavor of prickly pear.
The bison burger was delicious but I apparently didn’t read properly because the bacon was a surprise but I was able to share it with a friend who loves bacon.
My friend got the Caesar salad with chicken added.
*in the fall/winter: sit outside when there is sun. Once the sun disappears you really feel the cold. The view from inside through the windows is also really beautiful and consistently warm.

Went the first time two years ago and had one of the most delicious fried chicken sandwiches. Went again today and had the same. It was JUST as delicious! Please tell the kitchen they rock!! So impressed! Great margarita too! Friendly, efficient host and waitress. Breathtaking views from inside and out. Can’t wait to return and try something else on the menu. Oh, and the fries and coleslaw were delicious too!

If you want to have a relaxing lunch experience with a gorgeous view then come to The Hudson!
Highly recommend the bruschetta, Hudson mushroom burger, and chicken scaloppini. We had to wait 1.5 hr to be seated outside, but we were a large party of 9 and it was worth the view.
Knocking 1 star off because my Spicy Rita had a hair in it
