To the lovers of authentic pizza, we invite you to visit us at Pisa Lisa Wood Fired Authentic Pizzeria in West Sedona. A little back story: I've always wanted to bring an Authentic Pizza experience to the Verde Valley. I learned the art of crust making from a master Pizzaiolo right here in the U.S. I went to Napa not Naples and I am proud of our product as it is exactly what I wanted it to be; ultra thin and indescribably delicate.

I dream about Pisa Lisa. We stopped in Sedona on a road trip and had a wonderful dinner. It was so delicious that we got an extra pizza to take with us. It's even good cold in the car the next day. Prosciutto pizza with the garlic sauce
Please don't open one in LA bc I would weigh 800 lbs.

This is one of my favorite casual Italian restaurants. I hate generic, watered down American Italian food, and this is not! They serve 5 star quality, gourmet food at a neighborhood price. Their pizzas were very authentic with the best crust I've ever had, thin but still chewy and had amazing flavor on it's own. All of their ingredients are really fresh and the Magic Mushrooms are magically delicious. The kitschy atmosphere has lots of character to match the food. The best Italian joint in Sedona!

Here for the first time looking to grab lunch before a hike.
We tried the Pollo Pesto which was a very goog thin crust pie thats made to order. We also tried the meatball appetizer which also was well received by the table. Service was friendly and quick. Give 'em a try a decide for yourself.

This is a quaint place with some nice and unique ambiance (although was a little too dark, which made it difficult to read the menu). The food is slightly above average. The table for two people was incredibly crammed--to the extent it made the dining experience less enjoyable.
The cocktails were imaginative but pricy ($16 for an mediocre old fashioned is unacceptable). The beer list could be improved, although it is nice they offer some draft options. The wine list could be greatly improved and is grossly overpriced for the poor quality of wine offered. The pizza has promise, but lacks sufficient

Pizza isn't that good considering how long the wait takes. Also, they make you wait outside until someone can help you and take your name.
There was a guy that did our takeout order and he was amazing and very helpful! He was probably the only pleasant thing about going here to be honest.

After a few hikes, my partner and I wanted to grab some pizza. We stopped by this spot and they told us it'd be an hour wait. We figured we might as well wait the time because we had gone to other places with similar wait times. Let me tell you -- the wait was WORTH IT!!! Their meatballs for appetizers were sooo delicious. Then we ordered the pesto pizza to share (make sure you ask for their Cesar dressing on the side-- it's better than ranch dressing!) and it was so delicious!!

The staff is very attentive, VERY friendly, and all staff is hands on deck. From the general manager cleaning

Honest review = good pizza, bad service.
We tried calling in a takeout order, but no answer and online orders are currently not accepted (granted it is New Year's Day). So we hop over to scoop up a couple of pies. I walk in the takeout door and nobody in sight, walk over to the counter and was ignored by 2 employees, finally a woman asks me if I need assistance and I explained how I'd like to order takeout. She walked me back to the takeout door and WALA! An employee is now there! He was very kind and took my order. It took well over 30 minutes for our order and they explained they were slammed

My friend loves this place and I was finally able to try it with her. The pizza was very good but what I was most impressed where the salads. They were pretty amazing! And this is coming from a meat eater. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take a picture of it because we ate it too quickly. Tiramisu was also good but pretty tiny.

The service was okay. I said it must have been new because he didn't seem to know a lot of answers to our questions. And twice someone brought the wrong food to our table.

We were on a Sedona adventure and decided to try Pisa Lisa. We ordered Carsar Salad and a Pizza. Both were amazing. Our server Jessica gave us samples of home made Tuscan soup and Gelato too. We had a great experience.

If you aren't gluten free (and don't dine with anyone who is), take this review with a grain of salt. Based on the pies delivered to the diners around us, the food is VERY different if you don't have to order gluten free.

We stopped in after a short hike on Thunder Mountain. When we arrived, they weren't especially busy (11:30 on a weekday) but pretty packed by the time we left. We were seated promptly, though it took a while for a server to notice us and bring water/take drink orders.

We settled on the caprese appetizer and the aforementioned gluten free pizza, the Justino

This is a great stop if you are traveling in the Sedona area. We arrived right when it opened on Sunday at 12 PM. Most tables were filled due to the noon rush, so it took
time for our order to arrive. The flatbread which was our appetizer tasted great, with some browning visible on the top. The sides were a little burnt but it tasted great. We ordered the margarita pizza, and it had great flavor. The cheese was great, and it was nice and simplistic. Overall I would give Pisa Lisa a 4.5 out of 5, great stop in Sedona.

As Guy Fieri would say: "Shut The Front Door!!!"

This is our favorite pizza joint in the ENTIRE United States. Bar none.

If you are within 100 miles of Sedona, Arizona and you like pizza make it a point to stop by.

Their wood fired pizzas are to die for. I can't say enough good things about them. OK?

Tip: Great place to stop after a Hike!

We came here after exploring Devils Bridge and other hikes in the area, and the pizza and salad hit the spot! We were so hungry after hiking 6 miles! The service was excellent and the food came out fast! A must try spot in Sedona!

It gets pretty busy, but it is definitely worth the visit. They have a simple selection of menu, and I am certain food will not disappoint you. A toasty pizza straight out of the oven- what else do you need? We also had a Lisa’s plate which consist of cold sides. Magic mushroom and olives were especially amazing. Perfect pairing with your pizza.
Please don’t forget to treat yourself with desert. Tiramisu and raspberry cheesecake was a perfect ending to our meal 💞 It gets a bit chilly at the patio now (2nd of November) but our server was so attentive and nice. Would love to visit again during

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday night, and there was a wait for a table. Since we were set on trying one of Lisa Dahl's restaurants while in Sedona, we opted to sit at the bar to avoid the wait. Both the Pollo e Pesto and Melanzane Parmigiana (eggplant) pizzas were delicious; two pizzas was more than enough for two people but we wanted some variety, and no one complains about leftover pizza! The surprise of the night was the gelato! You MUST save room for dessert, and get a combo of the dark chocolate and hazelnut gelato... I promise you will not be disappointed!

And a shoutout to our

I honestly do not know where to start. This was one of the best experiences we had in Sedona, from the sweet lady taking our order to the pizza! Holy crap it is delicious and the amount of options they have is endless, they even let you go 50/50 on pies. If you know the Piece of Lisa story, good for you, if not head on down and ask.

The pizza had a little flop but was loaded with flavor and great crust. The fennel sausage is impeccable, seriously, I want to order it and have it flown back to Reno. It was that good.... The next day it tasted even better, so save a slice or two!

We went for lunch

Delicious! A cool eclectic little find! We enjoyed the Toscano Salad made with organic greens, homemade salad dressing and more. We chose the Au Sauvage pizz added the sautéed onions minus the peppers. It was fresh, salty and sweet. The crust was very good!

Me and my brothers are visiting from South Florida and wanted pizza after doing some hikes today. We were blown away by the service that the bartender provided as a waiter. His enthusiasm about the restaurant sold us from the start. The pizzas that were served were the best we ever eaten and met the bold claim the bartender made at the start about serving the best pizzas in the country.
10/10 would recommend going again!

Who would have thought that the most amazing meal we would have during our stay in Sedona would have been pizza?  Pisa Lisa was recommended to us by a couple of people before we left for Sedona, so we went on our first night to give it a try.  The restaurant was following all the COVID precautions, so we had about a 45-minute wait for a table, but it was worth it.  We started the meal with their Greca salad.  We chose to split this, and it was plenty of salad for two.  The salad has an amazing greek style dressing and is topped with cucumbers, red onions, plum, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese

Perfect location for after a hike in Sedona!

Hostess was really nice, got us checked in and told us it was a 35min wait. This was perfect since most restaurants up here have equal to longer wait times or they're booked up.

Restaurant itself is very trendy. Staff is super on top of things. Caroline was our server and made some great recommendations.

The pizza was tasty and I loved that it was thin crust. I opted for the mushroom one and loved that the mushroom pieces were on the chunkier side. Btw, you can get 1/2 and 1/2 should you like two options. The cheese made the pizza...it&apos

Here is the thing, if my husband was writing this review he would probably be giving 5 Stars. He loved the pizza.

I liked the pizza too, but not as much as him. And so I am not willing to overlook the hurdles it took to eat this pizza.

The same company owns like half of Sedona. And getting through to any one of these businesses by phone is like LOL GOOD LUCK. I had to call 4 times, and was put on hold each time. The longest hold time clocked in at 12 minutes. Is that forever? No. But like...it's pizza. I did appreciate that by the time I did get to order, it only took 20 minutes or so
