Peloton Culinary & Catering specializes in bringing restaurant quality food to any venue, in any capacity. We do not have set menus; we have creative ideas and culinary masters to execute the finest dishes. Everything is possible with Peloton!.

We specialize in winery events, wine club pick-up parties, winemaker dinners, wine road events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, brewery events, craft beer paired dinners and lunches, corporate dinners, and lunches of any size.Everything we make is farm-to-table cuisine, menus change and are inspired by each season.

Peloton Catering specializes in unique and local ingredients. Small plates and appetizers are exciting and enticing; below are some of our team and client favorites. Peloton uses only market inspired ingredients, therefore, our team does not provide specifically set menus for any occasion, we create them with each client, uniquely for the event.
We are excited to work with brides and grooms to plan this special event! Our menus are seasonal and unique based on the seasons ingredients and the individual budget. Our philosophy is farm-to-table, we prepare all food onsite and bring the true restaurant experience to you anywhere. We focus on local ingredients and support local farmers.
Worked with Tim for an event I hosted at VML Winery earlier this month. They were super stars! Tim created a Louisiana cuisine that was a home run for my group. They were so in tuned with planning our event that she was able to anticipate my needs before I even knew I needed them. Food was great, setup was flawless, and the serving staff were so friendly and efficient.
We have long been wine country chefs and have ventured into the craft beer world, out of a passion for beer ourselves and the desire to share our beer + food recipes with the world. We are preparing new, innovative recipes made with craft beer from all across the nation, some of the best that we love to sip on, and using it as a key ingredient in our creative, market inspired dishes.

First and foremost, I have not worked directly with the Peloton crew, this review really focuses on customer interaction and sampling of their food.

With that said, for the last few years my work has used Peloton for catering events which I have had the pleasure to work and tasted the tasty dishes Peloton has served for guests and employees (Afterwards). The Peloton crew is very professional, shows up on time, very polite, and always makes sure everyone is fed and most importantly happy. Over the past few years, I have done my fair share of tasting their farm to table type meals and I'd say

Worked with Tim and Dawnyel for an event I hosted at VML Winery earlier this month. Tim and Dawnyel were super stars! Tim created a Louisiana cuisine that was a home run for my group. Danwyel was so in tuned with planning our event that she was able to anticipate my needs before I even knew I needed them. Food was great, setup was flawless, and the serving staff were so friendly and efficient. I can't wait to find another reason to use Peloton.

I have been to several events where chef Tim and his crew worked. Every Time I have been so happy with the food and the service.

If it is strawberry season - make sure to ask him to make strawberry shortcake. I had this once at a wine party at Trione Winery and haven't stopped thinking about it since.

Super fresh, seasonal and local food!

We had Tim of Peloton cater our wedding. Every single dish turned out amazing! He was so sweet and open to my ideas and suggestions. And he was creative on giving us options to work around our budget. I would highly recommend him for any event. Every ingredient is of exceptional quality, and every dish was perfectly executed and presented.

I work at a winery in Sonoma County and have had the pleasure of tasting the food by Peloton Catering on many occasions as we hire them for most of our events. Chef Tim Vallery is very talented and has an uncommon ability to think outside of the box, creating very unique and spectacular food and wine pairings for all occasions. I have had the misfortune of working with less than adequate caterers is the past, so working with Peloton has really helped take a lot of the stress out of planning events. I look forward to using them in the future!

Tim Vallery and Dawnyel Howard are the BEST!!! Peloton Catering did the food and hospitality for our wedding in Sonoma County in late October 2012. The food was amazing, colorful, fresh, local, and delicious. Our guests were pleasantly surprised to have a great wedding dinner. Tim did mostly vegetarian dishes (as was my request) with a few meat dishes. His staff was respectful, professional and very nice.
Dawnyel, the hospitality manager, was a life saver! During the planning stage she was always available to answer my questions (however large or small). Dawnyel was very gentle and professional

I had the pleasure of ennjoying Peloton Catering at Trione Vineyards & Winery yesterday. The food was great and can go head to head with any top rated restaurant in the Bay Area, Napa and Sonoma.

Chef Tim Vallery was a pleasure to work with. He found a menu that would work with our wines, the season and especially our budget. He came up with Caggiano Sausage & White Bean Stew and Roasted Beet Tartare for our event. The food tasted wonderful and everybody loved it.

He was very professional and brought everything we would need for the event. He even called afterward to see how it went.

I would defiantly use him again.
