Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. If you are new to the area, this a great place to start looking. I am not a tenant at Talavera but I dropped by the leasing office to inquire about availability and George helped me locate another property that suited my schedule and budget. Thank you George I enjoyed our chat and I appreciated the excellent recommendation.

Great staff, great management, great living space...Talevera is a really nice spot. The staff are very understanding to your needs and try to work out issues with you as best they can.
George is a real one and had my back when I messed up on paying rent one time. Got a late fee because I forgot to put the correct amount in my checking account (I'm very good at this whole adulting thing as you can clearly see). Got it waived and everything. It was a good day. It was my first late payment so I don't expect to get the same treatment next time for my mistakes and you shouldn't either.
