I called and spoke with Dora, asked what the processing time was for an application. I'm disappointed to report that she responded by laughing at me and stating that she couldn't disclose that information with me. As a potential applicant, wouldn't it be nice to know the processing time before you submit an application? Especially if you're due to move out of your current place? I wasn't asking for any personal information so I am not understanding of this response.

What a hell whole! Kids screaming all the time - i want peace and resort style living like they advertise- That was until the owners decided to replace the manager with "Jean Pierre"--- a young guy with a beautiful smile. Behind that smile is a competent and professional manager. He has attacked problems and is doing it with everyone's rights being considered and weighed- not an easy task. The place now has online registering for pool and gym times because of Covid which is a godsend- will save my life. I was thinking of moving out; but today- I realized what he is doing and how

I lived here but Gosh!!! The manager Cassandra H. has no matters in speaking to the tenants in the property. With a whopping $2390 of rent, she treats tenant like crap. Very unprofessional in approaching people. The customer service is worse. If you want to be treated like crap in your own place, go ahead and move here. The kid's pool is also too dirty especially for the toddlers to swim to. Another tenant caught other tenants who are apparently has the connection in the bldg let their dogs swim in the kiddie pool. A here say, but a good pointer. Soo overprice for the location and the service

Easily the worst apartment I've ever been to. Cassandra the apartment manager is just flat out a terrible person. Don't expect to get any security deposit back. The apartment had fleas when we moved in. There are so many things wrong with this place. Just flat out do not move in! Let me repeat, do not move in!!!

This place has gone from bad to worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. I lived there almost 6 years. In this time period management had changed 3 times. The first 2 years were good. Never had an issue at all. The following 2 years the management changed and Cassandra was the manager. She was extremely rude at time but was on top of everything. Any issue with the unit would get fixed in a timely manner. I moved apartments from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom (worse mistake) from the moment we moved in there were a lot of issues with the unit that we pointed out like mold, patio door that did not open,

This place is a giant scam. Overpriced and horrible. Cars get broken into weekly and management does nothing to prevent this from happening. My car was broken into and storage unit twice. Took management over a month to fix the lock. I came home several times to a flooded kitchen and fruit flies all over the home even though we had a professional cleaner weekly. People smoke weed everywhere and children running around unsupervised. Management is very negligent as well, they will do whatever they can to steal your deposit. Unethical and horrible customer service. I would definitely rethink moving

Very unhappy with this apartment complex I can't wait until the lease is up. Its extremely hard to get a hold of management here. My boyfriends has tried calling numerous times to their office. It will either keep on ringing or if they answer it hangs up right away. He's going to work late tomorrow morning just to see if he can get ahold of someone (He shouldn't have to resort to that). The outlets in the master bedroom by the bathrooms haven't worked since we moved in. The kitchen floor creaks, you can tell they rushed the flooring. 3 months into living here I had my the storage

First of all, do not trust any of the reviews you see here. This was the first apartment I ever had. My car was broken into and the apartment doesn’t have cameras in the back to enhance security. The maintenance request is not met after a week or more. They won’t change their dirty mirrors which has a permanent stain. The management doesn’t not care for their tenants. Do your research; I don’t recommend.

I cannot wait to move. By far the worst management I've had to deal with. Rude, unprofessional and useless. Their online system/website is a nightmare and they are very ignorant of their own policies (i.e. smoking). Sometimes our packages don't make it to the apartment and we have to pick them up at the leasing office. I simply walked in to ask if we had any packages and instead of politely asking me to come back later, I was told passive aggressively that it was impolite to interrupt her while she was talking to someone. I didn't interrupt. I waited for her to finish what she was

My boyfriend, kids and I just moved in and we already are so in love with our new apartment. Like the last comment stated, it's an apartment so nothing will ever be perfect but in my opinion, it's pretty close to it. Compared to other apartments I have lived in, Parc @ 5 is by far my favorite. The staff is VERY professional and they have great follow through. They always picked up the phone or called back within a reasonable time frame before we moved in and I don't see that changing after renting from them. Our laundry is right next to our place which is super convenient. Parking

Casandra I have to disagree I brought it to you guys attention the two times they broke in to my car, and yeah it can happen anywhere even at parc@5 which is a gated community. And that's great that you changed your staff because your staff came to our apartment to fix a problem and locked our dog in the room and left him there until we got home at night, he was scared and hungry so yes he ripped the carpet..... So unprofessional of your staff, and plus a carpet for one room doesn't cost 800 dollars but like I had said it before and other reviews you guys just care about money. Anyway

Cassadra,
Unfortunately I have to disagree. You speacially were no help. On the contrary your snobby attitide and rude remarks were the cherry on top to our terrible experience situation at Parc@5. You showed no interest in helping us out and used your "im new here" as an excuse to turn us away. You were totally aware of the flood and everything that happened. You simply didnt care to deal with any of it. Every time we spoke to you was a waste of time because you would get loud & annoyed. Not once did you go to the apartment with us to see the damages. We did not come to any resolution

I lived in the Apartment for about 13 months. If you are thinking of moving here, DON'T. First.. It's super expensive. We paid 1820 for a 2/2. Plus utilities were separate. And this new management team, Cassandra being the manager. They're worthless. They don't care about the residents and all they care about is money. Second, you can hear everything. The windows and walls are paper thin. Third, people smoke weed on the property, and kids are always running around making all kinds of noise. So For a "luxury apartment" it's not very luxurious, it's noisy,

I have lived at Parc@5 for a year now, I moved from down town LA. I thought that leaving DTLA would change my lifestyle (I enjoy luxury buildings) but I feel it got better. I'm saving WAY more money and Carlos the manager is very friendly and quick in responding to my request. I know that a lot of work being put in to the pools and gym so I'm happy to see all the changes. I live in a 2 bedroom and I love that all the appliances were included and you gotta have central AC. I highly recommend this place for the savings and luxury.
