If there was no star option I’d give Glen Havens 0 stars. First of all good luck reaching the manager. If she replies it will be a week later and when I asked her why she said that the company doesn’t give her a new phone and the one she has does not receive calls nor texts just voicemails. Second there are roaches. Yes they fumigated, but it did nothing. The roaches came back and we had to deal with it. Thirdly people park on the fire lane which is the entrance and exit so good luck getting in or out. Fourthly the paint in the

They raise the rent every single year by a good amount! How can they raise the rent when they’re water bugs in the apartment all over your kitchen & home ? Plus in the laundry room the lights never work so you have to wash in the dark! You have random people coming and going and breaks in! Btw my car was broken into. The manager is no help at all when you have a problem, doesn’t bother to return your call! This company is good at raising the rent but yet nothing to improve the apartments, so ridiculous.

In a few words: DRUG DEALERS, ALCOHOLICS, THEFT AND VANDALISM!
Been living here since Nov 2010. Glen Haven Apartments are now Moss & Company Luxury Apartments. In the 3 yrs that I've been here, the laundry rooms have not been fixed. I have been doing my laundry in the nearby Laundromats. Several tenants get drunk and do drugs in the parking lot. We bought 2 new bikes and they got stolen from here the very next day. Someone tried to break in my husband's truck here. They broke his window and messed up his door lock. My neighbor's car was vandalized, broken into and messed up SEVERAL TIMES. Also
