I do not recommend this place.
The grounds are kept up nicely. The maintenance and grounds keeping crew are all very nice, as well as the two leasing girls up front (Griselda and Maritza), but aside from that they over charge for rent and other utilities, especially electricity, which is billed through the complex, plus all the other added fees you have to pay. Only some of the buildings have been fixed up. My floor is till dark and dingy. Closet doors are made of cardboard (literally). Walls are so thin you can hear you neighbors snoring and talking through the walls.

Jocelin is absolutely incredible. She's helped me so much though this process of getting an apartment here. Any question i had she was always responsive and knowledgeable! She made It easy and made me feel like she cared about my needs. It got a little frustrating but she reassured any of my concerns and made me feel so much better. Called for a tour and the lady that answered was so accommodating to my hectic schedule. She squeezed me a time slot that worked for my wife and I, and I gotta say I'm impressed with the apartments. The location is ideal, close to shopping center, and 105 freeway. Even though I knew the lady Griselda was short on time she made sure we didn't feel rushed...on the contrary her high energy and friendliness shows this club means business. Great work guys!

I do want to say it's been about a month since I've moved here. It's been a good experience since then. The apartments sold itself from the curb appeal to the grounds inside the property. Really appreciate it being a gated community as well. The leasing agent that assisted me was Grizelda which honestly is a very personable person. Not once did she make me feel pressured to make any moves on rental or putting a holding fees. I know she was fairly new to her role snd the property but she seemed to be well trained with the property. Also the maintenance team here is so great. They

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this Park Regency Club and their staff I called because my husband and I are interested in a place like this for our kids and I had the best experience with one of their staff member Griselda, she answered all of my 101 repetitive questions so professionally as well as so kind!! That means a lot ! She made me feel so comfortable I greatly appreciate it!

Ok so my story is pretty simple but I gotta say it was really easy and very good. I called in to receive information on the vacant apartment and a guy named Marcus answered and he was very professional and helped a lot. He was also extremely patient which was awesome. When I went in for a tour I was greeted by this really sweet lady, I believe her name was Maritza. She was really kind and explained a little bit of how the process there works. I just recently moved here with my husband and daughter. I decided to ignore the horrible reviews because it didn't seem like such a bad complex. We moved in the ending of April, it is now July and we got our car stolen from the parking lot. I am shocked, confused, and so angry. We're hoping we can get answers soon. Keep in mind that their cameras don't really work so if you're in the parking lot and something happens to you well you're screwed. I don't feel save anymore!

In addition to my review I would like to add that I moved out of the apartment 2 months ago and still have yet to receive the refund on my security deposit. I've contacted the office multiple times about it and all they've done so far is repeatedly verify my mailing address. Completely unacceptable. This place is ridiculous. Do NOT recommend.

The customer service is horrendous and the maintenance manager is rude. I recently had a concern and received the most unpleasant treatment from the office staff. I was given the run around, spoken to in a rude manner, and laughed at when I voiced my concerns. Initially, one of the staff members met me at the door and was conveying my questions back and forth to the manager, who was in the back office. When I requested to speak with the manager directly, I was told that no managers were available. The same staff member then referred me to the maintenance manager. I called the maintenance manager

Been here several years now. We love it! The maintenance know what they are doing and respond within days. Barbeques on the front and back of property, 2 pools, workout room, two dog parks, and a computer room.
Other residents with similar rent, do not have the above items available, and are not with the space as Park Regency Club.
We are renewing our lease again now, and I highly recommend it to everyone. This is a very quiet residence. Sometimes I forget that there are so many people living here.

My boyfriend and I lived at Park Regency club just a little over a year and moved out in November 2020. I guess I can say our experience was not as bad as some of the recent reviews listed. But it wasn't perfect either.

- Originally, we were supposed to move in to an apartment located in building E on the second floor but the current tenants had to delay their move that delayed our move in. PRC accommodated us and gave us a unit located on the first floor, which ended up being better for us, our rent was not increased, and it was in the same style unit we originally wanted.

I cannot tell you how dirty this place is. One of the many things I cannot stand about this place is maintenance, When I ask maintenance to work on my apartment because is falling apart, their answer is a straight NO, like reallly??? I pay $2,400 every month and they can’t even do their job?? DO NOT rent here, do a research first. Rent at your own risk!

I paid the move out charges regrettably because PRC doesn't communicate well and I didn't want these charges to negatively affect my credit. Keep in mind I paid the charges before the deadline. Finally, I thought I had put PRC behind me. Silly of me!
3 weeks later I got a call from a collections agency asking me for the very same payment that I had already paid to PRC. So, I called PRC to figure out why'd they send my balance to collections when I have already paid it in full. They offered no apologies or answer. I provided them with receipts that it was paid and demanded a confirmation

Amazing experience! My fiancé and I moved here and we where very hesitant because of the amount of negative reviews. We read a lot about rude office staff and we were greeted with nothing but kindness. In fact Desiree and Clayton answered all of our question and we had quite a few!
The community is kept very clean as well. Not even a month in and they had our outdoor hallways repainted and re-carpeted. While the area was being worked on I hardly ever hear anyone and our unit is very quiet.
The rent is as expected for a gated community with a pool and a gym and the utilities are slightly higher

Been living here for 1 year so far with my husband and recently renewed my lease for a second year. After looking at multiple apartment complexes in the area, Park Regency is definitely the nicest "pet friendly" option in my opinion (and I'm pretty picky).
Our apartment was newly renovated with all new appliances, flooring & countertops. The unrenovated apartments are pretty out of date, but I think they are trying to make them all renovated at this point. My particular building is pretty quiet and I rarely interact with my neighbors. The staff has been generally prompt, courteous and professional

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm glad that there are people that are enjoying their stay/experience with PRC and I wish I could say the same. However, my partner and I had nothing but issues throughout our time there. I was hesitant to write a review but after this week's transgressions, I would be remiss if I stayed quiet and did not put something out there.
Upon moving in, we started having issues (there are way more trivial issues, but I summarized what I felt needed to be put out there first) and I will list them below as a forewarning to future tenants:

*I have been at PRC for many years. I must say that in alllllll of my years there, I have NEVER seen anyone take more pride in their work & clean like Lucy......WOWZERS!!!!!!! She works every second of her shift and is always smiling and eager to assist ANYONE she can. This lady is the true epitome of a fine worker. She is a one woman show all by herself! She does it all! I think if she had her way, she would paint the dam building....lol.

Update to previous review... March 2019 they send me to collections and ruin my credit because they had charged me for the hole in the balcony. Like it was my fault that they gave me a balcony with a hole in it that they patch with paint. I had to pay $800 to a collections company to that I can live somewhere because this place made sure I wouldn't be able to get an apartment anywhere. In other words the blacklisted me because of their screw ups!
