The leasing agent I had booked my unit with had an honest oversight on his end. He & the entire staff have been patient, understanding & accommodating about my insistence that they correct their mistake so my apartment needs are met. So far they have helped as much as they could, able to appease me & I am hoping for more positive experiences from this complex from now.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Do not even consider living here. Laurel Crossing and AIMCO should not even exist as a business. The way they run their operations and business is an absolute joke. From the moment we moved in, the apartment was not clean, there were holes in the wall from door knobs, flooring that was lifted, window screens missing or warped, leaky faucets, light switches that did not work - you name it, there was an issue.

Moved out after more than 2 years of stay, liked the area (green, open) and leasing staff.
My apartment was always soggy from months (after Dec 2020), keep facing mold issues and loads of unwanted maintenance due to overall poor maintenance of the apartment place. Always some waterline issues and some dehydrate machine running in my home.
I and my wife was going through multiple allergy issues and this apartment did not leave any option than leaving. We loved the neighborhood but anyway, I asked for moving us to different apartment couple months back but no luck. Finally had to wait for the time

Not even 1 star to be honest. Management is TERRIBLE. They will NEVER respond to your phone calls (they simply dont pick up).
Sinks clogged? Thatll be three weeks wait and five leasing office visits before they come to check it.
Missing package? 6 un-answered calls to the office and 3 visits before they find it. (+ you have to pay a subscription service for the lockers in order to receive any package. They dont tell you this until you sign the lease)
Want you security deposit back? Good luck! Theyll charge you for wear and tear (standard painting and clean up). Youll wait for months with no

This apartment building is not worth the money.
Upon moving in to the apartment, it was clear that the apartment itself was not very clean. We found the previous owner's hair all over the cabinets and bathroom. Some pieces of hair had been clearly painted over onto the cabinets. Yuck.
Our water was turned off multiple times per week for “repairs” during the entirety of our 1-year lease. In addition, the water is clearly high in iron and we were medically recommended to drink bottled water only instead of tap water while living there.
The laundry facilities are unsanitary (found fecal matter

My experience was good so far, this is a nice apartment to live, but on my arrival day I expected to get the home access code sooner since when I arrived it was 11pm and obviously the office was closed. Because I did not have good internet connection when I got there, I had a lot of trouble to get the code they sent me very late.

The apartment has a park ambience with multiple options of living arrangements (building units, other units with backyards). This property also has the option for storage, different parking choices (garage, shed or open parking). The area has places where we can walk to the park, grocery, mall, services, gas station, train station and restaurants. What we like the most is the service. Our bathroom was fixed even after business hours by the maintenance department and even gave us further reasons through a text message on what happened at 3am which we appreciate very much.

Laurel Crossing Apartment Homes is a great place to live as I have moved here almost a month ago, in my experience what I can tell is that this community is a really enjoyable place to live, they have a great staff to help you with anything that you need, and also it is an well-located place if you want to do groceries, or enjoy the weather outside with some nice BBQ at the Park next to the Condo.

WORST EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I hope I could rate this apartment as 0 if there is an option.
It's not SAFE. During my living there, both my scooter and bike were stolen, and I would totally not be surprised people experienced car break-ins. The management/ leasing office did nothing to improve.
The rental is unreasonably high even during PANDEMIC when people are losing jobs. They increased the rent by 10% right after covid broke out for renewal. When we were trying to negotiate the price they just declined saying that was market price!? However, according to the statewide rent control
