Leasing office personnel and concierge service are courteous and kind and very helpful at every step of my moving. It is less crowded and various kinds of coffee available 24 hours. Close to everything almost walking distance to mall and whole food store.
Residents greet each other.

After living at the Lakehouse for a year and getting the full experience I could not post a review without mentioning our wonderful concierge Cynthia always available and professional extremely polite and helpful.

We had such wonderful experience at Lakehouse! The staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating. We scheduled an appointment to see an apartment at the end of Oct. 2020, during COVID-19, and we were able to see several units in a self tour. However, all our questions were answered by Carly, our Assistant Property Manager, in person after our tour and later via email and phone. She was very understanding and assisted us promptly when we reached out for additional questions. The units were great - cleanest and most updated we found in our search.

If you're looking for quiet living, super friendly neighbors and staff, outstanding maintenance support, amazing concierge, and the convenience to walk/bike right outside your doorstep, then The Lakehouse is for you! The amenities are top notch, to include an amazing gym and rooftop pool. I have allergies so I was immediately attracted to the Lakehouse because there are no rugs in the units. I enjoyed my time at the Lakehouse and was sad to leave, but had to relocate out of state for work. The Lakehouse is by far the most impressive apartment home in all of Columbia for many reasons. Lakehouse is a great place to live. Sold my house and decided to give home ownership a rest. Great location with the Lakefront a few steps away. Restaurants, shopping, music and more also just steps away. The building is very nice and comfortable with all of its amenities. Met a lot of great people and enjoy the events Lakehouse hosts for their residents. A very pet friendly property. My fur baby loves all the attention he gets from the humans and all the dog friends he has made since we've been here. Can't say enough about our Concierge staff who are willing to step in whenever you need assistance

We have been residents for over 2 years. The quality of service has remained outstanding. The administrative staff is always friendly and eager to help with whatever is needed. Maintenance staff is competent and always prompt , although we personally have not had many issues. Building is very clean, quiet and secure. I personally think it is the best apartment building in the Columbia area.

The service staff displays consistently positive and responsive service. The best I have experienced in apartment living to-date. Every request is handled with urgency and attention to detail.
