Living at the apartment complex was not such a good experience the office staff itself they don’t help at all. Communication very poorly, we came across with mice infestation after calling them 4 times and didn’t put us in the list for pets control. This was one of many poorly jobs that they did and for that and many more reasons I would not recommend to live here in this community complex.

I love living here. The community is always well maintained at the beginning of spring the crew was out already making the community look great. The dumpsters are never overflowing the one time it was slightly full the property manager had it emptied before the day was over. The office staff, property manager, and maintenance crew are so friendly. They handle any question or issue in an extremely reasonable time frame. Please do not rent from this complex none of property management they will take your money Apartments trash I put a security deposit down they told me I need it within 72 hours to hold the apartment, I change my mind about moving there I ask for my security deposit back they have made me wait almost a whole month. Inconveniencing me while COVID-19 is going on I’m trying to move I can’t move into my new place because they didn’t give my security deposit and I never moved into the apartments telling me that security deposit do not be returned for 30 days but that’s only when I moved into

Autumn Crest has been a pleasure to live in this past year and this review is long overdue. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are top notch and have gone out of their way to make sure I feel at home. So much so that I have referred family to live here as well.
Not only do they perform their normal duties at stellar levels but just recently have gone above and beyond that. Pat in particular was quick to understand and act during a medical emergency which facilitated EMS to reach me quickly and I am so grateful. Thank you Pat, Kathy, Damila and everyone here who has gone above and beyond.

We moved into Autumn Crest about a month ago. I wanted to take a moment to compliment the customer service thus far. In the front office, Kathy, Damila, and Pat have been nothing but warm, kind, and addressed my concerns. I also want to praise the efforts of Eric and James on the maintenance team. We have a had a couple things that needed attending to, and James and Eric have always been courteous, respectful, and timely. This kind of customer service really means a lot to me, which is why I am taking the time to write

One of the best apartments, I have stayed at. The staff is helpful and responsive, it’s well maintained. And the location is absolutely perfect - it’s a short walk away from town center and everything you could possibly need or want is a simple 10-15-minute drive away. So far, so good after 6 months of staying here.

Never been happier. It's about the location and the peace and quiet. It's well managed. Pet friendly and there's easy access to shopping, libraries and entertainment courtesy of well maintained walking trails. The apartments are well maintained, brand new washer and dryers and parking is never an issue. Maintenance is just a phone call away. Being located equally between Baltimore and DC is great for commuters. Love it.
