Pet policy: One inside cat allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25.00 per month pet rent. Two inside cats are allowed with a $400 non-refundable pet fee and $30 per month pet rent. If you are looking for an apartment in the area look no further, I'm telling you you've got to go with these guys. Karen, Kacie and Chris are all amazing, wonderful people who are kind-hearted and willing to go the extra mile for you. My boyfriend and I lived under their property management for about 3 years, first at Kimberly Court for a year and then at Flatiron View for nearly 2 years. We loved both apartments, but we especially took a liking to our apartment at Flatiron View. It is extremely well maintained, and the maintenance staff are top notch. They go above and beyond. Anytime
