This place should come with a warning sign
NO response from management, terrible tiny gym and theres never any parking. If you have a repair needing to be done, just forget about it.
The pool is always dirty, and the insect problem is out of control.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not move into this apartment complex. They don’t care about their tenants and the covid relief is only a small percentage off. I told the leasing office about an incident where someone stole my clothes out of the laundry room and they said sorry it happens and didn’t do jack about it. My roommates and I are currently moving out and it’s on our file that we are moving out but now they are charging us an additional months rent for 30 days notice fees. Plus they take a large portion of the security deposit because we use utilities at the apartment. All they care about is money and the only

A few things to consider.
1.) Very Pricey rent
2.) The big insect issue this complex has
3.) SPIDERS EVERYWHERE
4.) the pool is literally always dirty and soiled with leaves/ tree gunk
5.) parking sucks
6.) the laundry washers are small plus flying brown bugs take over the mat at night .
7.)the stoves within the unit are the worst.
8.) the Gym room is ridiculously small and cramped.
9.) The pool area needs to be remodeled. Very poor use of space and the pool itself is a disappointment.
Haven’t lived here long enough to know the full details. However it’s not worth the trouble... the

As far a living here it is great, parking is bad everywhere in this area so it is what it is. Now the central cooling and heating is a luxury, apartments have a fridge so no worries there, staff is friendly and very professional, maintenance is quick if you need something. Downsides are the constant leaf blowing early in the morning, and the time it takes for them to do other projects such as roofing is inconvienent. Overall I would like to give this place higher than 3 stars, but the charges for moving out are ridiculous, if it is a brand new carpet when you move in and you move out before the

Parking is horrible, you receive a green tag and are told you can park in any unmarked spot. I work late and am never able to find an unmarked spot. The outdoor lights which are a safety issue have not been changed since I moved in 9 months ago, and they are aware of the lights being out. My garbage disposal has been leaking just as long, the staff tells you they will be right on it but I have yet seen them do ANYTHING they have said except harass the residents and be less than helpful. Stay away!!! I'm paying the 1500 to get out of the lease and it's worth every penny.
